Meet Jasper – The Energetic Sheltie Puppy! Are you looking for a playful, smart, and affectionate pup to add to your family? Meet Jasper, an adorable Sheltie puppy who’s full of energy and personality! About Jasper: Dog-friendly? Yes! He LOVES playing with other dogs. Cat-friendly? Yes! Kid-friendly? Yes! He does great with children!‍‍ Adult-friendly? Yes! He’s a social butterfly. Elderly-friendly? Not ideal due to his high energy. Loves walks? Yes! But he’s still working on leash training. Jasper’s Personality:Jasper is an adorable ball of fluff with a big personality! This little Sheltie is full of energy, always ready for a game of tug-of-war, and enjoys romping around with his dog friends. He’s smart, loves treats, and while he enjoys cuddles, he’s always up for playtime first! Jasper’s Ideal Home: Would thrive with another playful dog but would also do fine with just his human. A fenced yard is preferred so he has space to run and burn off energy. Someone home most of the day would be ideal. An active household – he needs regular exercise and engagement. Apartment/condo living is possible if he gets plenty of walks and playtime. House Training & Routine: Not fully house-trained yet, but will go when taken outside. Puppy pad trained. Crate trained (only at bedtime). Still learning leash manners but making progress! Other Notes: Shelties are known to shed. Regular brushing will help manage his coat. He will bark to alert you when someone’s at the door or if he’s excited. He’s a great travel buddy! Jasper is looking for an active, fun-loving home where he’ll get plenty of playtime and attention. If you’re ready for a lively and affectionate Sheltie companion, Jasper might be your perfect match! Jasper is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and microchipped.  A neuter deposit is required for adoption, and he is only available for adoption in NJ and surrounding areas. Jasper was diagnosed with a heart murmur.
