Story
This dog was running a major highway for many weeks and they asked if they trapped him was there anyone that could foster so since it was a highway down the street from me I said I would. Did not realize that 7 weeks later he would still be here. He is too strong from me as I am in my 70's and not well. He loves to go out and play in my large dog area. I have 2 other dogs and 4 inside cats. All are kept in kennels in the house. He seems to love people and he just wants to be loved. He will walk by the cats when taking outside. My 2 dogs are just too jealous of him. I don't know how he would be with children but as I have said he is very strong. If needed I will give the kennel he is in and all toys that he is crazy about. What ever food is left in bag.

Story
Location: Columbia or any surrounding areas. Willing to travel to meet. Age: 2 years Sex/ Breed: male pit/boxer mix. Not exactly sure what he is. Rehoming Fee: Absolutely Free Reason for re-homing: We found this sweet boy alone in a grocery store parking lot. He is microchipped, but the owner seems to have completely abandoned him and does not want him back. Info about the dog: He is fixed and seems to be in good health other than some mild skin issues from being outside so long. I cannot emphasize enough how good this dog is. He is so sweet and gentle. We introduced him to our dog and they got along great. Very good on the leash. We drove him around for hours to different shelters and clinics and he didn’t make a peep in the car- just sat there and looked out the window. We bathed him and he was as good as gold and even let us feel/ get a good look at some of his hot spots on his skin. He has had no bathroom accidents and goes potty immediately when let out.
