Story
🐾 Adoption Notice 🐾 Meet Max, a sweet and lovable German Shepherd looking for his forever home! Max is 3 years old and adores kids, dogs, and cats. He enjoys going for walks, hiking in nature, cuddling up, and playing with his favorite balls. Max is full of energy and requires an owner who can devote time to his exercise and care needs. As a German Shepherd, Max can be a bit anxious at times and may bark when he's scared or nervous, but don't let that fool you – he's a big sweetheart at heart! Max is seeking an understanding owner who can provide a supportive and patient environment. Max is also deeply bonded with his younger brother Milo, and we are open to rehoming them together for a perfect family match. We are heartbroken to have to rehome Max and Milo, but we want to ensure they find a loving and caring home. If you are ready to welcome this dynamic duo or give Max a loving home, please reach out to us.

Story
May is a sweet, energetic, playful, and goofy girl when she is 100% comfortable around her people. She is dog- and cat-friendly. She loves to play in the yard, with her favorite toy, and go for swims in the creek/lake. She does well on the leash when in a low foot traffic area (quiet neighborhood) or away from groups of people. She is house-trained and crate-trained. She is a really good girl and just needs a quite and calm environment. When she is inside and everyone is calm she usually then hangs out on her bed with her toys. May was rescued from hoarding/puppy mill situation. Due to this, she is very fearful of new people that come into close contact with her. She gets very nervous when near new people. She is not reactive but has strong fear responses when encountering groups of people, or moving objects (besides cars). *May has had one bite incident that arose out of fear.* This occurred when she felt cornered and was approached by someone. May would do well in a quiet home.
