Story
Buddy here! I come from an ok home, but my family decided they could not properly care for me any longer. Not because of anything I did, just because of their current situation. I'm a bit of a barker, but only when my toys get stuck someplace I can't reach. I am current on all age appropriate vaccinations, and altered. I am completely blind, and have a heart murmer (but I don't need meds for it). Because I'm blind, a fenced in yard would be ideal, but my foster knows that even without a fence I stay pretty close to home when I'm outside alone. Also, if things are left on the floor I will trip over them, so a tidy, quiet house is really ideal for my new home! I'm also house trained, but until I learn where the door is to let you know I need to go out, I may have a few accidents. Here's a side note from my foster family: I don't know that Buddy necessarily needs someone that's home all the time. He is a pretty relaxed dog with minimal anxiety. He just finds his way to the couch when I'm away from home and sleeps and he prefers to sleep overnight on the couch alone too. He just needs a home with some patience to learn his cues.
