Her foster thinks she is part cat, as her small stature doesn't deter her from having an adventure. A fun seeker, Missy would do well with some dog companions. Missy is curious about the world and has perfected the art of asking for belly rubs. Missy enjoys hard chews, being on your lap, and lots of pats. She is social and loves getting compliments on her wild hair style. She would rather be around her people at most times. Missy will absolutely be the first to climb into your lap for petting. She will mold to your body to reach you to give you maximum kisses (and her dog friends). She likes attention from kids as well.Missy is still young and learning. She loves to sit with the other dogs in the sun. She also will bow play and chase with the other playful dogs. Missy has a favorite person and favorite dog but is very social with groups of people or multiple dogs. She would love a home with other playful dog(s) who will also cuddle with her and someone who is home most of the day. She has one eye she cannot see out of but that does not slow her down. I adopted Milton from Bleus K 9. Milton is 6 years old. Want Milton to be safe and loved and taken care of like I would. He is a sweet and lovable dog. He needs attention. He loves everybody and he greets everybody that comes to the house. He would be good if he was the only dog. I think he has anxiety when he is left alone home by himself. He is pee pee pad trained and I do walk him like 3 times a day but he will use the pee pee pad, He is very cute and handsome. You see I have a Tea cup shi tzu and he is small and I can not leave him alone with my Shi Tzu. He love the attention. It is all about him. But otherwise he is a good dog.

First he's sour, then he's sweet. Much like a sour patch kid, Oscar is the definition of a rascal. The 13-pound, 7-year-old pup was surrendered to Pets Alive because he has one issue: He's a biter! While someone attempted to adopt Oscar recently, he just wasn't having it. So alas, this boy is back at the shelter, and we're working on training to determine his triggers. Given his selective attitude, Oscar is best suited for a dog-savvy home without children.

Meet JoJo. JoJo was found by a good samaritan on the streets where he was hit by a car. He was in pain and terrified, and would not let anyone touch him, so she scooped him up in a tote. Our rescue has committed to him. He was taken to the vet where he was checked out. Luckily, he only had some bruising. We are paying to get him heart worm tested(neg), rabies vaccinations, microchipped, Bordetella, neutered and we even had a full dental done on him. He will be ready for adoption towards the end of February. His foster mom picked him up yesterday and said he’s a very, very sweet calm boy and really seemed to enjoy the car ride home. He is an adult male, about 6 years old and weighs approximately 18 pounds although he is a a bit overweight. We are guessing possible Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso or terrier mix. His owner was contacted and never came forward to claim him so let’s find him a wonderful loving, forever home. This poor little homeless boy is now safe with our rescue and available for adoption after this weekend. He is fully vetted, neutered, heart worm, negative and looking for for his forever home. Mucho is an approximately two or three year old, 7 pound, male, terrier/Shih Tzu of some type. He was not very cooperative getting his new photos today after being shaved down.
