This is Mickey. Also know as Mickey Moo. He’s a good boy, he may be 10 but he acts like he’s 5. Mickey walks great on a leash and knows how to sit. He’s gentle with children and loves them. He doesn’t do well with being in a crate. He needs to be in a home with a doggy door and have access to the outside at night. It’s because of our inability to crate train him that we decided we would like to rehome him. He does well in the crate for a few hours. The problem is only at night. This is very hard for us but we know that this is what’s best for us and him.

Curry is a little doll! Weighing in at 8 lbs he is the cutest, smartest little guy. It takes a few days for him to warm up to you but once he does he'll want hugs, kisses and belly rubs! Don't think he would do well with small kids with his limited eye sight and quick movements. He has quite the bark, and does well with my other dogs (2 of which are blind). Loves to play and is curious, gets underfoot because he wants to be near you. Poor Curry was a hot mess, he was terrified, in pain, had a bulging eye, covered in mats and needed a shave and eye removal for comfort and his health. He is settling in now, at first he was so nervous to come near him, now he immediately rolls over for belly rubs. At 1.5 years old and 8 pounds he has turned into a flutter of affection and will need a home that will continue to provide him the security he needs. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. Found him a couple of months ago. Put in found ads but nobody responded. So I kept him. But I have Bully breed dogs already and he has to much energy for them. All he wants to do is play and play. But my Bullies have gotten fed up with his energy and are annoyed by him already. He loves being on peoples laps and petted. Acts aggressive towards other dogs until he gets to play and know them. Not asking for . I believe he is Shi tzu with Havanese mix. And he only got his rabbie shots up to date. I think he needs something with patience and lots of love

Nena is 11. She is a sweet Shih Tzu girl. She had been owner surrendered and lived her entire life with that owner. Nena and Helen need to be adopted together. She is very well mannered. She loves food and treats and is super sweet. Nena is spayed, current on shots, heartworm negative, microchipped and she had bloodwork and dental cleaning.
