URGENT: Can you help me get my FREEDOM RIDE? I am currently in Texas awaiting my freedom ride to Wisconsin, but I need a FOSTER home or an ADOPTIVE home by JANUARY 18, 2025 to make the trip. Not all pups are lucky enough to get out but, with your help, I may just have that chance!
Can YOU help me get to Wisconsin? Please apply online: www.HBWI.org.
Meet Cooper, a 2-year-old Standard Poodle who's stuck in a rural Texas shelter, and let’s be honest – the shelter is no fit for a dog like him. Cooper is sweet, smart, and full of potential, and he’s ready to find his forever home. Could you help Cooper get out of the shelter and into the home he’s been dreaming of?
Cooper is ready to catch his freedom ride on January 18th, 2024—but he needs an approved FOSTER or ADOPTER to make the trip. Can you offer this gentle soul the forever home he’s been waiting for? Apply today! www.HBWI.org
FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping.
For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics.
To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.
