Story
My name is Ollie and I’m a sweet quiet girl. I recently arrived in Minnesota and I love laying out in the sun. I don’t mind other dogs but I’m still learning how to play. My favorite thing is to sit on the couch with my foster mom. I walk well on a leash. I haven’t had any accidents inside and I haven’t met a cat yet but as long as they respect my person space I probably won’t mind them. I would be the perfect addition to any family.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about The Rescue Crew adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our Adoption Process page on our official website.  All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. ##2084030##

Brite is a sweet, fun, playful, silly, pup that loves to play with other dogs. He is crate trained ( although he does bark sometimes when first going in but settles in quickly ) and potty trained. He is still learning the art of walking on a leash! He is likely going to be a big boy? He does like to talk a bit when he's playing with other dogs so shared walls are probably not a good idea for this cutie. He will be at our adoption event in Blaine on Sunday, June 30th from. It is the Rescue Me adoption event at the Blaine Festival will be at the Aquatore Park at 9191 Lincoln St Ne Blaine, MN 55434. She is doing great in her foster home and loves to play with the other dogs and snuggle up too! She is doing great on her house training and leash training and sleeps all night quietly in her crate! she does have her puppy energy so would do best in a home with another pup and fun pup activities.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.      Hi, I'm Harley, a gentle little soul looking for a chill home, and a family to love me! I am timid, but I'm gaining confidence in my foster home. I have settled into their home, and I like hanging out with them - maybe because, as seniors, they know how to “chill.” If my forever home contains another dog, that would be great – I love when my current fosters' granddog comes to visit, and I learn a lot of good habits while he is here. I have learned that a leash means I get to go outside, and I love that! Walking around my neighborhood is one of my favorite things to do, and I like long walks. I can walk at a pretty good clip, but also like to stop and smell the roses along the way, too. I love to eat, cuddle next to you on the couch for hours, explore new surroundings, and sleep. I am a champion sleeper! When I go to bed at night, in my kennel, I sleep like a log. I may lack teeth, but I eat my kibble with no problem. I'm not into toys or treats, but my foster dad is determined that I get a treat every time I “do my stuff” outside, and I'm beginning to like that. My foster parents say I am the sweetest dog they have ever known, and, to be honest, I think I am, too! I know I'm a bit timid, but I really do want to get to know you, and I love cuddles and pets - it just takes a bit of coaxing. I like to keep my kennel clean, so they take me outside right away in the morning, and then again, an hour or two after I eat. I am making huge strides in the potty training department, and it helps that I prefer a clean, dry kennel. When not on the couch with my foster dad, I choose my kennel for naps. If there was a gold medal at napping, it would be awarded to me! I was pretty shaggy when I arrived, but I did great at my first grooming appointment. My groomer gave me a shorter "do" because of all the matted hair I had, but I'm pretty cute when fluffy, too! I know I'm a handsome fellow, and don't mind when my foster dad spruces me up a bit with a nice, gentle brushing. With love and gentleness, I will settle nicely into my forever home, as I have in my foster home. *Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders.  Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a  particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit.  Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.     ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. Check back for updates on which events they will be attending. If an event is not listed within their bio above, the animal is not planning to attend.  Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. We recommend filling out an application and we will set up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved. ADOPTION PROCEDURE: The first step in our process is to complete an online adoption application on our website: http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/adoptionprocess/   Note: In most circumstances Underdog Rescue will only adopt within 60 miles of Minneapolis, MN.  All of our foster animals can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application. Contact us at http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/contact-us/ if you have further questions. FOSTER CARE: All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves in time and with patience.  If you have an interest and ability to be a foster home, please visit our website  www.underdogrescuemn.com/foster-applications  and fill out a foster application. NUTRITION: Nutrition is vital to the rehabilitation and life-long health of our pets.  All of our foster animals are fed a premium diet such as NutriSource, Canidae, Orijen, Nature's Variety, Fromm, Pure Vita, Stella and Chewy's, Primal, or balanced raw diet.  All adopters are required to continue providing premium diets for the life of the animal. Good with dogs,
Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.    Hi I'm Tulip!  I'm a sweet tiny little girl and must admit I'm a bit shy.  I try really hard to be confident though.  My kennel is my safe space and I like to hang out in, but I do enjoy coming out so I can follow my foster mom around.  When she gets down close to the ground I come to her with my body wiggling and I boop her hand and give her finger kisses.  I really love when she scratches my chin and neck!  I get a bit nervous when she picks me up, but I snuggle my head into her neck because I know I'm safe.  I get along great with other dogs and do ask that my new home has one so that I can continue gaining confidence from them. Loud or fast movement can be scary for me so I think a home with no little kids would be best.  I would never hurt a fly, but I'd likely be running and hiding in my kennel all the time.  I haven't figured out what toys are for yet.  I think they might be pillows for naps.  When I'm excited I sass my foster mom with my cute little aroo.  Mom doesn't know what I'm saying, but she laughs when I do it!  I haven't learned that leash thing yet.  So far I think it's scary so I'll need you to help me learn that it's ok.  Til then I'll need a nice secure yard so I can do my business.  It doesn't need to be big because I'm a tiny little girl.  If you have a quiet home and can be patient with me then I think we could be great together. I might be small, but there's a lot of love in my heart ready to be shared.     DOB: 10/05/2019 Requires another dog in home: Yes  Okay with dogs of all sizes: Yes Okay with cats: Unknown Okay with children under 12 years old: Likely Weight:  Requires a fenced yard:   Yes, needs a fenced yard Note: dogs must always be leashed whenever outside of a contained area. Invisible/ underground fencing is not recommended for most rescue dogs.   Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders.  Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared.  Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption.  This will be at the adopters expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses .   Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue.   Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in th eir forever home in order for them to feel safe.
