Laney is the sweetest kitty. She currently lives with a dog and another cat. I am moving and cannot take her and the other cat to our new home. We are sad to put her up for adoption but want her to be in a home where she can get all the attention she deserves.

Story
Sunshine, a male orange tabby was born around April 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d enjoy another cat for a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up. Sunny likes playing with interactive wand toys and watching birds at the window. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give him time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with him? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com . If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~* *

Story
Dilly, an affectionate brown/black tabby kitten, was born July 2023. He was found injured behind a store. Dilly has agouti speckled fur and polydactyl feet. If he knows you, he is okay being picked up and held, plus reaches up to touch your nose. When you sit, he will jump in to your lap or will let you place him in your lap, staying for short sessions of petting and brushing. Dilly often rolls over for tummy stroking, and he likes to sleep with you. Dilly likes the foster family’s young dog and plays with him. He likes kittens plus passive adult female cats. He hides from active kids and is shy around strangers. Dilly likes to supervise the cleaning of the litterbox and occasionally is underfoot. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Dilly would do best with another pet for a friend. Foster kitten pals are available. If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Story
Meet Gypsy! - a brown, tan, black and white female tabby who was found as a stray. The vet thinks she was born around June 2023. Gypsy is quiet, mellow and affectionate on her terms. She is friendly with trusted folks, tolerates being picked up for a short time. Gypsy likes brushing, petting, playing with toys if there is no competition. She will jump into your lap when you sit, staying for short periods of time. Gypsy lives with an active dog and other cats, all of which she gets along with. She hasn’t met children, but will do well if they are respectful and gentle. She is friendly with strangers after around 20 minutes. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Story
A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by my friends at The Murray Fund. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $175.00 will be applied during the contract process Hi, my name is Hootie! I'm a transfer from a local impound in MN. From the foster: Hi, my name is Hootie! I am a cat who is incredibly active and find my greatest joy in running, jumping, and playing! I love to oversee everything that happens in the household, making sure you're doing all of your chores correctly. Since I have so much to do and oversee, I don't have time for cuddling and prefer to spend my time doing my own things. I came into the rescue as a single kitten with no siblings, so I'm still learning to be a gentleman. Since I didn't have siblings to show me the ropes, I'm still a bit mouthy and will play a bit rough, so I might not be the best choice for a household with children. I do have a condition with my heart that I was born with that has given me a heart murmur at a grade 4/6 currently, and therefore will need heart medications twice daily for the rest of my life. I also will need to have my heart checked at my regular vet visits, or potentially more often if my condition declines. I'm not a huge fan of the vet since I have my own very important agenda to attend to throughout the day, so I have been known to pass along my advice on how they can do their jobs more efficiently. I enjoy my role as a job supervisor and intend to rise the the top levels of my profession! Medical Bio:Hello! Throughout my veterinary care at The Bond Between, it was discovered that I have a grade 4/6 heart murmur. I had a cardiologist and echocardiogram performed. The Vet Team recommends that I stay on my current medication and have special blood work done every 6 months to monitor for any signs of heart disease. My future adopter can choose to pursue further cardiac consultation/treatment per a primary veterinarian's recommendations at their own expense.

Story
I am Stripes. I am from Texas. I am best friends with my pal Gracie and we need to be adopted together. Our total adoption fee will be $300. Hello! My name is Stripes, and I traveled with my sister Gracie all the way from Texas to TBB. I’m a shy and timid girl who’s been through a lot of transitions in my short life. I would do best in a quiet and calm home (no small kids, please!). My ideal forever home will have a room I can have as my own while I settle in, and lots of patience while I build up trust and confidence at my own speed. It may take me a month or more before I feel comfortable enough coming out of this room to explore. Please don’t let this scare you! I just like to take things at my own speed. Once I’ve built up trust, I’ll be integrated into the household. My foster mom is happy to talk to potential adopters about ways to help me feel comfortable in my forever home! I’m not a fan of strangers (I’ll run and hide), but I’m definitely looking for a best friend! I’ll sit in your lap if you work from home, sleep near your feet at night, and let you know I want attention by head butting your hand or meowing at you so I can get pets! I have impeccable litter box skills, and I’m pretty good about using a scratching post. I don’t like being picked up or having my nails trimmed (I will get hissy), so a savvy forever family with experience and confidence handling cats will be helpful. Some of my favorite things include: -Napping in your lap while you work or watch tv -Sleeping on fuzzy blankies -Playing chase with my sister Gracie around the house -Chin and ear scratches I would do best in a home with older, respectful children or no children, as quick movements and random noises scare me. I’m a little picky about my feline friends, but have tolerated other kitties with slow introductions. I haven’t lived with dogs in my current foster home. Also, my sister Gracie is my best friend. We’ve been through a lot together, and would like to be adopted together. If we sound like a good fit, please apply to learn more!

I’m a good hunter, and I’ll bring you toys. If you throw them, sometimes I even bring them back! I love getting ear scratches and will rub against you to let you know I would like attention.
