I’m a playful, busy little guy who loves darting after toys, practicing my wrestling moves, and zooming around like a tiny ninja. Once I’ve tired myself out, I might hop into your lap for a quick catnap once we’ve become better acquainted. Even adventurers need to recharge their batteries! I’m looking for a home with a patient adopter who understands that I will need some time to adjust to my new surroundings. Hi this is Chase! He is a very sweet and loving cat. We got Chase from the Wake County animal shelter when he was just a few months. Chase is the perfect name for him because he loves running around and is just a ball of energy. He’s also very sweet and calm. He loves to snuggle and get pets. We would love for him to go to a home that is experienced with owning cats and also may have dogs as he is good with dogs. He loves to scratch so having ample posts for him to scratch on is a must. His favorite texture to scratch on is carpet texture so having carpeted posts is great. Overall he is a good cat but we just can’t have him due to restrictions at our residence.

Ping is 28 years old and pretty healthy for her age. Recent bloodwork revealed everything ok but chronic kidney disease appropriate for her age. And she may be having a little blindness in left eye. She is a sweet sweet cat. She is a Siamese and Tabby mix. She was indoor/outdoors for many years in a rural area, but now is an indoor senior. She uses potty pads faithfully, instead of a litterbox. She would probably prefer not dealing with a dog !

This is Lady! She was found as a stray roaming around a restaurant in Durham. She’s around 10 months out now, and very playful! She’s a very sweet girl who loves attention and back rubs. She loves treats and Cat TV, but does not do well with dogs, as she is quite scared of them. She is a very feisty, funny little girl who would make an amazing pet!

He is a great cuddle buddy, he loves to lay in bed with you. He is very much a lover and loves attention. Looking around the house for him just call his name and he’ll come to you. He loves his pet squeezys as a yummy treat. Looking for someone to live him and offer more attention to him. Hes always rubbing against you to know that he loves you and wants a little tender love.

Patrick Strayze is a male, short-haired, black & tan tabby cat. He comes from a large litter of stray/feral kittens. He's probably about a year old. He has been neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas, & ear tipped. He is litter box trained & eats both wet & dry food. Patrick is a little timid at first but is a very sweet & silly boy once he warms up. He enjoys playing with cat toys, lounging in cat hammocks, cuddling, eating treats, & getting lots of attention. Patrick has a sister named Tabitha who is also available for adoption. They are very close & would ideally like to be adopted together.

Tabitha was rescued from a stray/feral cat colony as a kitten, along with her brother Patrick, with whom she is very close to. We would prefer that they be adopted together. She is about a year old. She has been spayed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, & ear tipped. Tabs is a bit timid at first & will likely take some time to warm up. However, once she does, she is a super sweet cat who loves attention. Tabitha enjoys playing with cat toys, climbing cat towers, & hanging out in her cat hammock. I get along great with the other adult cats in my foster home and enjoy zooming around and playing with them. When it’s nap time, you’ll probably find me curled up under the bed covers, my favorite cozy spot. I always make sure to let my foster mom know when it's time to eat—especially when there are treats involved! One of my favorite activities is sitting by my foster mom while she works on her computer, soaking up chin scratches and welcoming belly rubs. I show my appreciation by making lots of biscuits. I'm quite the dasher-after tossed toys, laser lights, or a shaken food container! I'm great at chasing a laser pointer unless a pesky playmate insists on getting in the way. My favorite toy is a wand with a tiny ribbon and a bell. When I hear it, I pounce! I'm a gentle guy who adores affection. I may need a little time and patience to feel at ease, but once I am, I'll insist on head rubs and even nudge your fingers if you stop! Back scratches feel so good I'll arch my back in the perfect downward "cat" yoga position. My siblings and I were found in a lumber pile and pros at hiding and playing together. However, my favorite time may be nighttime when I can snuggle up with my human and gently purr us both to sleep! Est.
