Story
Date of Birth: July 18, 2023 Meet Calista, a charming and playful kitty looking for a forever home with her bonded sister, Anabella. Calista is timid at first, but once she’s comfortable in her space she acts like she owns it. She was slower to get comfortable in a new environment but has since become more outgoing than her sister. She enjoys demanding pets and tummy rubs and often starts the zoomies and play sessions with her sister. Like Anabella, Calista is very food and treat motivated. While Calista is still hesitant around people and doesn't like to be picked up, her foster family believes that with more time and love, she will become more comfortable with human interaction. She did have a case of miliary dermatitis that cleared up once she arrived at her foster home, potentially stress-related, but it's something for her adoptive family to keep an eye on and she is currently eating prescription allergenic dry food. Calista’s foster family is going to miss these two adorable cats chasing each other all over the condo and begging for chicken! If you're ready to give Anabella and Calista a loving home, they will surely bring joy and excitement to your life. Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair is $175 per cat, versus our standard fee of $225 per adult cat.
We'll also keep you updated on Anabella's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Date of Birth: July 18, 2023 Meet Anabella and her sister Calista, a bonded pair looking for their forever home! Anabella is timid at first, but once she's comfortable in her space, she becomes rambunctious and full of life. She came out of her shell quicker than her sister Calista but isn't as receptive to human interaction just yet. With a little patience and a lot of love, she is warming up to humans nicely and has even started to enjoy sleeping on her foster family during naps. Anabella is very food and treat motivated, just like her sister. While she is hesitant around people and doesn't particularly like being petted or picked up, her foster family believes that with more time and interaction, she will come around. Anabella did have some miliary dermatitis that cleared up once she arrived at her foster home, potentially stress-related, but it's something for her adoptive family to keep an eye on and she is currently eating prescription allergenic dry food. Anabella’s foster family is going to miss these two adorable cats chasing each other all over the condo and begging for chicken! Story
Waylon is an adventurous and brave boy. He loves to play and wrestle with his brother and is always up for a game of chase. He enjoys sitting on the top of the cat tree watching the birds outside and then loves to jump his brother from above for another round of play! He should go to a home with another young, playful cat, or be adopted with his brother William (Willy). He has been exposed to dogs and children. He is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on his vaccines and has been neutered. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. An application does not guarantee an adoption. We match the kitty with the best family. You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200. It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations. Please help us get the kitties to their forever homes faster by respecting these guidelines!

Story
She is 16 and has hyperthyroidism so she takes pills 2x a day. Honestly the most low maintenance cat ever, she doesn’t really do much except purr and want pets. She takes her meds with her food no problem, she just loves to be pet and loved. I’ve only had her for about 2 weeks and unfortunately i cannot financially support her as much as i thought i could, I really want her to live out her life with someone who loves & cares for her.
