Story
Adopted about 3 years ago. Has been a great friend and well behaved. Has lived in a one bedroom loft apartment which probably wasn’t ideal. He is boarded several times a year on a farm with many other dogs. Gets along with other dogs and very playful. Loves frisbee. While very sweet, has a loud bark that will keep away the bad people.

Shaggy has been living in same house all his life, with another dog also needs rehomed. He has a fenced yard and likes to run the fence and bark with neighbor dogs. He’s used to chickens we had 12 living in back yard. He gets along with most everyone just a bit scared of small children under 8 years old. He needs to go outside every 4 hours to potty. He also lived with young and old cats thru his life and gets along, plays with young kittens

Email T.A.R.A. | T.A.R.A.'s Web Site | On-Line Application    Jax is a sweet Aussie Mix. He is a big cuddler and loves getting brushed. He loves to play fetch (especially if the ball has a squeaker!) and tug of war. He’s loves his daily naps but when it’s play time or treats are involved he’ll get the excited shakes. He’s extremely smart and loves to learn new tricks and games. He is great with kids of all ages and is a perfect walker on a leash. He's really an easy and super chill guy! He’s good with other dogs with gentle and gradual introductions.  Approximate Birthdate:  Apr 2017 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial . Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.   For more information please fill out an APPLICATION Please visit our EVENTS PAGE for information about our upcoming adoption events.
