Molly is an adorable 1 yr old, 15lb TFT or Rat Terrier mix ( she was 11 lbs when we first got her but she is a big fan of food!) She was surrendered to a local shelter with other dogs. She was terrified in the shelter environment, so we didn’t hesitate to pull her. Molly is a sweet goofy girl, a definite lap dog and does expect full furniture privileges. She LOVES to play with other similar sized energetic dogs. She is looking for a home with another small dog and will not be placed as an only dog! Older dogs may not appreciate her enthusiasm. She is fine with cats and even tries to get them to play. Once she gets to know you, she is the biggest sweetheart, but she is SUPER timid with new people. She needs someone who can give her the time she needs to get used to new people, it helps that she is food motivated! We are seeking a home with no kids. Molly is seeking a home with a SECURELY fenced yard as she is super smart and has discovered she can fit through even the smallest of gaps. She is learning how to walk on a leash but will alligator roll to try and get out of going for walk. Molly is a lover; she wants to snuggle and give kisses. If you do not like dog kisses, then Molly is not the dog for you! Molly is VERY very smart and is a possible candidate for agility./ Molly is crate trained and working on her housetraining. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, HW tested negative and on prevention. LOCAL INQUIRIES ONLY

Story
Luella was nearly full term in her pregnancy when she was abandoned at a local animal shelter. The shelter contacted us and we quickly sent one of our volunteers to pick her up. Luella spent several weeks in a foster home where she gave birth to two tiny puppies. Her puppies have long since been adopted, however Luella has yet to find her forever home.  Now almost 3 1/2 years old, this small shy Chihuahua mix prefers the company of women and is fearful of men. Luella would do best in a quiet home with someone that is home most of the day. An independent pup, she just needs to know you are near, not fond of being picked up or cuddled. Give her a good meal and a warm bed and she is perfectly content. Most of her day is spent just following you around the house or taking naps. The perfect roommate, she will listen to your troubles for hours and never complain. Luella is housebroken and enjoys having a fenced-in backyard she can explore. She had access to a doggy door in her foster home and enjoyed the freedom of being able to come and go as she pleased. Luella can be snippy with other dogs, but does do well with cats. If you’re looking for a small quiet companion that is easy to care for, Luella would be a good choice. Jagger is a little shy but with some TLC, love and patience, he'll come out of his shell and be the awesome dog he is meant to be! He's sweet, very cute and ready for his loving and forever home.
