Turkish Angora kittens & cats in New Mexico

HISTORY:  Litter of four kittens from Taos who came in with their daddy cat, FREDDIE MERCURY.       TEMPERAMENT:   RADIO GAGA is one of the Queen litter, which includes CHAMPION, RHAPSODY and BOHEMIAN. She is best friends with her sister RHAPSODY. The pair were adopted together but recently returned due because their owners could no longer care for them. They would like to be re-adopted together into a quiet home with owners who will give them time to adjust to change. Storm is 6 1/2 years old. She is a beautiful Turkish Angora, long haired and dark gray. We obtained her and her litter mate, Smoke (identical twin) in Cheyenne, Wyoming when they were 8 weeks old. I would prefer they stay together as they have never been separated. Storm is a little bit more shy than Smoke, but both are friendly, get along well with our big dogs and have been fine around children. They are declawed - front only, and have been spayed. They are indoor cats.

HISTORY:    OREO and STORMY were originally trapped several months apart as young cats under the SFAS Gatos [TNR] program and returned to the area.   A couple started feeding them a year or two later.  However, when they needed to move out of Santa Fe, they asked F&F to take the cats for placement.         TEMPERAMENT:  Both cats are shy, but OREO is the more trusting of the pair. She feels most comfortable lounging in high places. OREO thoroughly enjoys gentle pets, brushing, and treats from her caregivers. She does not mind being picked up but isn't yet comfortable sitting on laps. OREO and STORMY are very bonded and must be adopted together.  Their new guardian will need to be patient as it is likely to take at least several months for the pair to settle in.
