FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Introducing this handsome boy, Marmaduke! He is a 2-year-old, 70lb Doberman Pinscher/Visla mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA. He is a loving, sweet, and charming dog that is looking for his person. Although he is treat motivated, he values connection over anything else. You can find him wanting to be right by your side, as well as gently putting one of his paws on you. Marmaduke walks well on leash but will need a strong adopter in case he does decide to pull towards something he is curious about. He is very gentle and submissive, as he is still building his confidence and is shy in new situations. He has done well with other dogs in our care and would make a great additional dog to a home or he would be fine as an only dog with continued socialization. Because he is still shy and gaining confidence, he requires slower introductions with other dogs. He will need an adopter that is committed to building his confidence and being patient with him while he gets the hang of things. He will need continued basic obedience training and a home that will provide him an active lifestyle. Marmaduke is ready to find his forever family and shower them with love and loyalty! He is UTD on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450.

Animal Profile: Harvey is an 12  month old male Pointer/Pit bull mix. His foster in Texas says he is friendly with people, great with the resident dogs and respectful of the cats.  He is very treat motivated, and is doing well with potty training. He's also learned to sit nicely for his treats! Foster Update: Harvey is a sweet, well mannered boy who loves a good snack and can’t wait to play with his toys. He’s getting along great with the resident dog and has great play tendencies with all dogs we’ve seen him play with. He’s a little timid when meeting new people but warms up with a little time and some gentle support. Harvey is potty trained and is very well crate trained (he loves to spend time in his crate!). Looking for a home with a securley fenced yard and a canine companion. Harvey will need an experienced large breed owner to help teach him boundries. They are siblings age 6 years old and weighs around 60LBS each. They are wonderful wonderful family dog. We had them since they were 8 weeks old and at the time our girls were young (now teenagers) and they did very well with them. We do not hnt so I can not tell you if our dogs will do well in a hunting situation. They are full of energy and will run for hours. We're desperately seeking a loving individual or family who can offer them a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. Please, if you have room in your heart and home for these sweet souls, reach out to us. Your kindness could make all the difference in their lives. Unfortunate circumstances have forced us to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome our 2 cherished 6-year-old unneutered male German Shorthair Pointers. This decision to find them a new home did not come lightly since we have tried everything possible to keep them. It is due to reasons beyond our control.
