Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. I know you're currently saying to yourself, 'this does not look like a Jack Russell mix'! Trust me when I tell you that she is! She just looks more like the boxer in her...like a tiny boxer! Thelma is really a sweet girl once she gets to know you. Earning her trust has been such a satisfying experience and so worth any time that it has taken. She is 3 years old and weighs around 18 pounds. She is a stocky little firecracker, which is one of her best traits but can also get her into trouble with some pups. She can be a bit of a bully to other females so she would do best with a male pup in the home or as an only dog to a human who is home much of the time. She arrived with her sister, Louise, and we thought they were bonded. But now that some time has passed, we realize that though they love each other, they do not rely on each other. Thelma is a quick learner and has done well with initial leash training. She will need to be adopted in the So Cal area and must have a secure backyard. If you are interested in adopting Thelma, please apply here . Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 12:22 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Introducing Leo, the young and phenomenal chihuahua mix who has overcome incredible odds to become the happy and healthy pup he is today. Leo's journey has been marked by his triumph over a severe case of demodex mange, a non-contagious condition that threatened his puppyhood. With the right care, nutrition, and an abundance of love, Leo has made a remarkable recovery and is now ready to find his forever home. At 6-8 months old, Leo is a ball of energy, embracing every moment of life with infectious enthusiasm. He cherishes human interaction and thrives on the love and attention he receives. As with any puppy, Leo still displays some playful mouthing tendencies that consistent training will help him overcome. Leo's long legs give him an impressive ability to jump over shorter gates and fences, always determined to be a part of the action. He longs to be in the midst of a loving family, where he can continue to grow and become the best version of himself. Leo would flourish in a safe and structured environment that can provide him with the guidance and support he needs. Ideally, Leo would thrive in a home where there is another confident and well-mannered pup, as their companionship will bring out the best in him. Additionally, having someone at home for a significant part of the day would ensure Leo feels secure and loved. With Leo by your side, your days will be filled with laughter and love. His infectious spirit will brighten even the dullest of moments. If you're looking for a furry companion who embodies resilience, joy, and a zest for life, Leo is the perfect addition to your family. Apply here and open your heart to Leo, and he will reward you with unwavering loyalty and endless affection.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 12:22 am
