But read carefully as I do have some behavioral issues and will need to go to a very special forever home. I'm a 9-pound bundle of sweetness, and my name says it all—Awesome Blossom! I'm house trained and have the whole crate routine down, although I've recently discovered the joy of comfy beds and couches. My love for treats knows no bounds, and my humans find my little dances and animated antics quite amusing. I'm a quiet companion who loves being your shadow. If food is involved, count me in! Napping in my cozy beds is a favorite pastime, and I hope my gentle snoring won't keep you up. I'm a good girl, but there's a unique quirk – I'm afraid of touch. However, I make up for it with adorable bumps on your hand and leg, especially if you're fixing my food. I love other dogs and currently share my space with two furry friends. Snuggling with them is one of my favorite activities. Did I mention how much I love to eat? Veggies and fruits are on my menu too, all part of staying healthy! I give her lots of finger kisses so she knows I love her.  I love being outside so I can snooze in the sun and run with my doggie friends.  I can be a bit bossy sometimes with certain doggie friends.  Usually it's when they get too rowdy, so slower paced, non rambunctious friends are best.  I can also be an only dog too.  I enjoy ear scratches and treats.  A nice chew bone is always nice too!  I can be a quiet little lady or I can be a little sassy.  What can I say when I want to have fun, I want to have fun! I'm working on potty training, but I do understand that I should go when outside.  I do well in my kennel and will usually nap if you need to leave me.  I haven't had much practice on leash, but I'm ready to learn.  I promise to be a good student! Some might call me a little anxious.  That being said, I hope to find a patient family that will give me time to come out of my shell.  Not only will I need that but also another dog in the home to help me learn all the necessary things of being in your family and help me gain confidence.  So far while in my foster home, I have been mirroring the other dogs and just started playing with toys which is something I haven’t done before.  That’s a big step for an anxious pup!  I love eating but taking treats from people’s hands is still a struggle.  But my discovery of toys shows that I am very capable of all the good things life has to offer us both. One of those favorites is sunbathing on the deck!  Ah, the bliss of it all! While here I have been going potty both on a potty pad and outside, so I’m a work in progress. I know once I am settled in my forever home and on a good routine I will figure it out. We are working on crate training – not my favorite thing. So, shared walls night be a problem as I like to bark while crated.  Oh and I should mention that due to my anxiety, I’ll need a fenced yard so I don’t zip off in a moment of fear. I’m busy studying the commands and have picked up quite a few: come, kennel, outside and go potty! Overall I’m really a sweet little guy who is making progress and loves being told I’m a good boy. All I need now is a forever family with lots of patience, love and a furry friend to show me the ropes. My name is Challah, and I'm a seven-year-old Yorkie weighing in at a petite 8 pounds. Let me tell you a little about myself. I'm a shy, friendly and curious girl with lots of energy. I am learning every day that people can be trusted. When I'm at home, I enjoy being near my favorite humans and getting all the cuddles I can. I'm still figuring out what toys and treats are all about, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon! I'm great dogs of all sizes. In fact, I require a doggy sibling in my new home to help me feel more secure, learn to get on a routine and help me learn to trust people. I'm respectful of cats too, and I always make sure to give them their space. While I'm not potty trained just yet, I'm very close, especially when kept on a good schedule. I'm also crate trained, so I have a cozy little space of my own. I do need a fenced yard because I'm not leash trained and can be a bit fearful of new things, making me a flight risk. I’m Mary Ann, a lovely 10-year-old female Yorkie weighing 8 pounds. Even though I’m a senior, I’ve got lots of love to give. While I’m not very playful, I adore being carried around in a sling—it makes me feel safe and close to my human. I also get along well with respectful children and am always respectful to cats. I’m Éclair, a 4-year-old Yorkie Mix with a big personality packed into my 7-pound frame. I get along with everyone—dogs, cats, and humans alike! I love going outside, but I’d prefer if you come along with me. I’m still learning about toys, so I might need a little guidance in figuring out how to have fun with them. I’m not a picky eater, which makes me easy to please at mealtime. Potty training is still a work in progress, but I’m trying my best, and I’ll get there with a bit more practice. I’m also crate trained—though I might bark a little at first, I calm down quickly and settle in nicely. While I don’t need a fenced yard, I do enjoy occasional walks on a leash to stretch my legs and take care of business. I'm playful, nothing better then exploring this big ole world and playing with my siblings. I only come in at around 4lbs and should be right about the 10lb area when I get myself fully growed up. Because of my size I'd do best in a home without small kiddos. I would do great with a playful furry 'sibling' to chase around stealing...err I meant sharing toys! I haven't met any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet but introduced properly at my tender age I should do just fine with them too!
