My name is Euni, and I’m a sweet and affectionate little pup who is ready to fill a home with love. At around 9 years old, I have the perfect balance of playful energy and calm companionship. If you’re looking for a cuddly, loving, and loyal best friend, I might just be the one for you! My Personality I absolutely love people! Whether we’ve just met or have known each other forever, I’ll be the first to come over, greet you with a wagging tail, and snuggle right into your arms. My favorite thing in the world is being held and cuddled, and I’ll happily soak up all the love and attention you have to give. When it comes to other dogs, I get along well with them but prefer the company of humans. I won’t start any trouble, but if another dog challenges me, I won’t just sit back either—I know how to stand my ground! That said, I’m generally polite and coexist well with my fellow canine friends. I have a gentle and lively spirit, and I enjoy a mix of activity and relaxation. After a nice walk or a little playtime, I’m happy to curl up and rest by your side. On My Walks I enjoy going on walks and exploring new places! I can get excited and pull on the leash a little, but I listen well and follow along nicely. My energy level is balanced—I love getting fresh air, but I also know when to settle down and relax. Life at Home I’m already doing great with potty training—I can use both indoor pee pads and go outside when needed. I also don’t mind sharing my food with people or other dogs, which makes me a great companion for a multi-pet home. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.ZICO was surrendered to the rescue through no fault of his own and searching for his forever family. He’s neutered, vaccinated including his rabies shot, microchipped and been deemed a healthy boy by his vet. Don’t let his small size fool you as he loves to be active and be out and about on walks in the neighbourhood and hikes the on the trails. Although he’s a busy guy he also likes to snuggle up and be a lap pup but this will only happen if he’s been tired out from his long walk or an active day.  ZICO is crate trained and housetrained. He loves to go on walks and walks well with his harness on. He hasn’t been socialized with other animals at all and will bark and carry on when he sees other dogs, he doesn’t want to go after them but is basically telling them to stay away from him. He is fostered with another dog and also a cat but he still barks at them so we’re recommending he not be in a home with either unless his adopter is prepared to have a trainer work with him to teach him they mean him no harm but rather just want to say hi.  ZICO’s ideal home is one that is active but quiet. He needs his long walks and hikes to burn off his Yorkie energy and he wants to be part of a family that will take him everywhere with them including family adventures. He’s just a young guy and he knows there’s lots he wants to do and see still. He has lots of typical Yorkie behaviour so his new owner does need to be breed experienced. He’s a destructor of toys and only the toughest, hardiest ones survive his company such as Kong toys and very sturdy plastic ones including Nyla bones. Due to him not being in a home with children or ever having met any we are recommending they be 12 years of age and up.
