Steve is just beginning his life and what a life it will be. Steve is 1.5 yr. old and weighs 65 lbs. His owner moved to an apartment where dogs were not allowed and was taken in by a very nice couple. His world was upside down, but they gave him security and love. What he needs now is full-time attention, guidance and training. He feels alone in the world and needs a family to make sure he is always around someone, trained in the basics and gets his mind started in the right direction. Both Steve's Guardians work, so he is alone all day until they come home. He wants to be with his family 24/7, so he digs under the fence and gets into mischief. Not a lifestyle we want him to continue. He is a Siberian Husky and he needs challenges and a lot of guidance. He also needs a lot of exercise. Huskies are very smart and Steve is no exception. He is very intelligent and a quick learner. He is neutered and current on vaccinations. Oh, did I mention he is absolutely gorgeous??!! Steve loves to play and explore. He needs an active family and older children would be best. Camping trips, walks, training classes and everyday guidance in obedience and manners is a must. Working on developing his mind and potential would also be needed. Siberian Huskies are a special breed and anyone owning one must know the breed. They are smart, athletic, loving, and loyal to a fault. In other words, one very special breed.
