URGENT PLACEMENT NEEDED!!! I am a neighbor of the dog's owner. He is very ill and hasn't been able to care for his dogs. He has agreed to surrender the dog and he signed to relinquish him. This placement is urgent. Puko is extremely thin and is not socialized. He is 3 yrs old. He has been on a tethered dog run for his whole life. I have been taking them in at night to keep them out of the cold and rain. I am afraid I can't continue caring for them too much longer. I have pets of my own.
