Story
Hey there, I'm Zoro! I'm a 4-year-old Malamute/Husky mix, and if I do say so myself, I'm quite the handsome guy. I’m big, I’m fluffy, and I’ve got a heart full of love to share. I’m the perfect balance of happy and mellow—I'll shower you with affection but also know how to relax and enjoy a calm day. I’m a playful pup, and I really love my squeaky toys. If it squeaks, it’s bound to catch my attention! I’m a sweet boy who enjoys the company of my fellow canines—especially my sister, Alora, who came in with me. We make a pretty great pair. I’m good with kids too! They’re fun and full of energy, and I can definitely keep up with them. I’m fully house-trained and I’ve been told I’m a pro with the crate. I’m also pretty chill on a leash, so walks are a breeze for both of us. I know "sit," but sometimes if I’m too excited, I might need a little reminder. I can be a bit stubborn like that—but hey, who doesn’t love a little challenge? One thing you should know about me: I need space. I’m a big boy (literally), and I’ve got energy that’s meant for wide open spaces, so a large yard with a tall fence is a must! Sled dogs like me are escape artists, and I’m no exception—I’ll definitely try to find a way out if the fence isn’t high enough. I’m a great companion, and I can’t wait to find my forever home. If you’re looking for a gentle giant with a loving heart, I might just be the one for you! Let’s go on adventures and make some awesome memories together.

Story
I’m your future furry best friend—and let me tell you, I’m kind of a big deal (especially if you ask the squeaky toys I’ve conquered). Seriously, squeaky toys are my JAM. I’ll sniff out that squeaker like a pro and proudly de-squeak it in record time. It’s my personal mission. 😎 But my true happy place? The great outdoors! I’m all about that fresh air, zoomies in the yard, and soaking up the sunshine—total Husky vibes, right? Whether we’re running, playing, or just chilling outside, I’m 100% in my element. 🏠 Good news on the home front: I keep my kennel pretty tidy, which means I’m likely partway house-trained and probably crate-trained too. I’m working on my leash manners (I just get so excited), but hey—who doesn’t need a little practice now and then? With some patience and treats (hint hint), I’ll be your walking sidekick in no time. ✨ I’ve got “sit” down (most of the time... unless there’s something super distracting—Husky things, you know?), and I’m a smart cookie who’s always up for learning new tricks if there’s fun involved! 🐶 I get along great with other dogs—especially my brother Zoro (he’s my ride-or-die). I haven’t decided how I feel about cats yet, but I’m a total sweetheart with kids and love being part of the action with my humans of all ages. 💡 Heads up: Huskies like me are master escape artists, so I’ll need a secure yard with a tall fence to keep my adventurous spirit safe and sound. I’ve got a curious mind and an independent streak, but with the right family by my side, I’ll be the most loyal, loving companion you could ask for. So if you’re an active, fun-loving crew looking for a playful, affectionate, slightly-sassy, squeaky-toy-destroying sidekick, then I’m your girl! Let’s go on adventures, snuggle after a day of fun, and make the best memories together. 🐾💕

Story
🐾 Meet Remington 🐾 A good boy who’s never truly been given a fair chance. Remington’s story isn’t an easy one to tell—but it’s one that deserves to be heard. This sweet, gentle soul was given away on social media to his last owner, only to end up surrendered to the shelter because there wasn’t enough money, space, or time for him. The other dog in the home bullied him, stole his food, and left him physically and emotionally worn down. He’s lost 10 pounds since May, and you can see it in his eyes—he’s tired, confused, and in need of someone who will finally choose him for good. At this time, we don't believe that he she be in a home with other animals until he has healed emotionally. Despite everything he’s been through, Remington still wants to love and be loved. He’s great on a leash, enjoys spending time with adults, and finds comfort in his favorite things—pig ears, rope toys, balls, and chew toys. They’re his little pieces of joy in a world that’s been far too hard on him. He’s lived completely outdoors, so he’s not yet house-trained—but that’s not his fault. He’s never had a home where he was treated like family. He’s never had a warm bed or a door to come inside—just grass, weather, and waiting. With patience, kindness, and consistency, Remington will absolutely thrive. He hasn’t lived with young children before (only with kids 13+), so a calmer home would likely help him feel more secure as he decompresses. What he needs most right now is a soft place to land, a safe place to heal, and a person who sees the incredible dog he still is underneath the hurt. ❤️ Remington is not broken—he’s just been let down too many times. If you’re ready to offer him the love and stability he’s never had, he’ll give you the most loyal heart you could ever ask for.
