I've been around kids but i prefer a home with no cats, I am a smart girl and already know some commands like sit and shake and take treats gently! I need the right energy level dog to play with if i have a housemate because as soon as i get outside i get the zoomies, honestly i'm probably the fastest dog here! i would love a home to call mine and people to love me and call me theirs.

My name is Makoto and I am a good boy. I enjoy a good squeaker toy and treats could be a great pass time as well. I am 66 lbs and I am believed to be an Akita mix. I tested good with respectful dogs and cats made me very curious. I would probably chase cats in an attempt to play but I would probably be a little rough. I do not enjoy vet visits but what pet really does? I am a pretty calm dog, I do not tend to jump on people and I do pretty well on a leash. I have done well with people bu I have not had the opportunity to meet kids yet. Am I the right dog for you? I just finished my treatment and am ready for my forever homeI love to play with other dogs, so a home with another playful dog would be ideal.Another dog will also help with the transition from the shelter to a home.I do know how to walk on a leash but don't like going very far from my place (the shelter) .Like most huskies, my prey drive is high so no cats or chickens.I have not been around kids in my previous home.A fenced in yard would be ideal.I am housebroken.I need a patient owner to help me build my confidence.

My ears are hard and curled around due to chronic ear infections so I don't like for anyone to touch them.I was also heartworm positive, but have since finished my treatment. So heartworm free now! I love to go on walks and play with other dogs.My energy is short-lived and once I'm tired out, I love for you to give me a belly rub.If you come in to meet me, you will surely fall in love.
