Story
Oh my heck does Mandy Sue not have the cutest face you ever did see?! Sure some people may say she has a face only a mother could love but how can anyone resist this face?! Mandy has the definition of a squishable face and when you meet her, you can't help but instantly start talking to her in a baby voice. Every person that meets her, it never fails, they always say "oh my gosh, she is SO CUTE." Let's be honest, they arena wrong and she has the cutest personality too! From the second you say hello to her or she sees you walking in her direction, her whole body starts to wiggle with happiness and her crooked little tail starts wagging as fast as it can go. Witness cuteness with your very own eyes and watch her video: https://youtu.be/RJZus6q6OCc?si=cnD7vU00-4PPQ9wD Mandy Sue is a pocket bully bulldog mix approximately 4 years old and currently weighs 45 lbs and is full grown. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee age or breed. Y'all she is TEENY TINY! Yes she is 45 lbs but she is squatty and low to the ground. She has the cutest little legs that when she walks or does a little trot, they make it look like she is strutting her stuff down her very own runway. Let's be honest though, Mandy doesn't need the red carpet laid out for her to know that she is a princess baby. Mandy is dog friendly and cat friendly! She is currently fostered 3 cats, one of which really likes Mandy and loves to snuggle with her and she is also fostered with 4 other dogs as well, all ranging in sizes. One of her foster sibling's is as small as 12 lbs making her a great dog to have if you have small dogs. Mandy does do best with small dogs that don't come with the small dog attitude. We all know it and we don't blame her for it either. During her assessment she met a lot of new dogs she has never met before and even met some that were 5 times her size to see how she does with really big dogs. Mandy did great with all of the dogs she met and for the most part kept to her self. Her foster mom says she loves to play and wrestle with her foster siblings so in a home once she is adjusted and settled, she would love to have another playmate in the home with her. Mandy does best with other dogs that are moderately playful, dogs that will let her open up a little bit before initiating play, and dogs that will respect when she doesn't want to play. We had her with a young adolescent make that was about the same size as her and he is just a bull in a china shop, kinda clumsy and just doesn't know what he is doing (poor guy). Mandy did not have any issues with him but you could tell that she would get uncomfortable and stiff every now and then. Once she understood him a little bit more, she started to realize he's just a baby with no manners. She had no issues sharing toys with him, was accepting when he stole her food and didn't mind sharing affection with him or with any of the other dogs. Mandy would even do great as a solo dog as well. She is a happy girl to her core and absolutely loves people. She would be perfectly happy being the center of your attention. I mean she is a natural born princess, I am sure she wouldn't mind the extra loving. Mandy is such a happy girl that loves literally everyone she meets. The word stranger does not even exist in her vocabulary. She can know you her entire life or she can have just met you seconds ago and I can guarantee you that you'll see that famous wiggle butt. Mandy is the perfect couch snuggle buddy to have by your side on those lazy Sunday's or if you're having a movie marathon. She is the perfect cuddly size and she loves to curl up next you for all the snuggles. She'll lean into for affection and will give you all the kisses. Mandy could live in either and apartment or a home with a backyard. She is not high energy and due to her suspected breed, she is not the agility high exercise type of dog anyways. A short walk around the block or a quick game of playing with her favorite stuffy will be just fine for her. She would also make a great work from home buddy because she is so mellow and easy. She is not destructive in the home, can entertain herself with a stuffy toy, and will find herself a nice and cozy spot to lay down while you work. She will however, come give you affection every now and then while you work. Which is a pretty nice little work intermission if you ask me. Mandy is crate trained, potty trained, walks well on a leash and is just an easy loving cute little girl. We are willing to test Mandy Sue with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Story
Carl is a reactive dog. 90% of the time he is great but that last 10% is proving to be too difficult for my family to manage. Carl is most aggressive towards other dogs and is apprehensive of strangers, men in particular. We live in a townhouse in a busy neighborhood that doesn’t provide Carl the time to calm down and relax that he needs. We have tried training, counter conditioning, positive reinforcement and medication. Carl needs a house with a backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Carl is about 75lbs., medium length hair with an undercoat. He loves car rides, beach trips, camping, hiking and cuddling on the couch. He is always up for an adventure as long as there aren’t any other dogs around. Carl has done lots of training, mostly geared toward calming down, but he is familiar with Sit, Down, Place, Stay, Wait, Line up, Up, Off, Leave it, Take it and does well with loose leash walking after he calms down.

Story
**Fostered in Vancouver, WA and ready for meet and greets!** Willow is a perfectly petite ittie bittie pittie! A house hippo that brings the charm! A beloved “piglet” with adorable little grunts! She’s a wiggle-butt and a lap-dog and she’s ready to be your best friend. We believe that Willow is an American Pit Bull Terrier, Bulldog mix. We estimate her age to be around 7 months old, and she currently weighs in at a squatty and thick 50 pounds. Meet Willow here: Willow can be a little shy when you first meet her, but she’s won over quickly with pets, compliments and milkbones. Once she’s warmed up to you, she’s a love bug with so many kisses to give. She loves to snuggle, and she loves booty scratches. She’s a very affectionate little lady! Willow loves other dogs, and shares her toys, treats and people well with her doggy friends. She’s a friend to all, and so tolerant with even the pushiest of playful pups. She plays with other dogs in short bursts, taking frequent breaks. She doesn’t get too rowdy or mouthy with other dogs. She’s just a dream! She would do well in a home with doggy siblings, but considering how people-oriented she is, she could absolutely thrive as a solo dog as well. Willow is a happy-go-lucky-girl that makes the best of every day. She loves treats, taking them gently and working for them, which will make any further training with her easy and enjoyable for both of you. She loves pup cups, and does well in the car. She likes walks and gets uber excited for the leash, but will sit on command before you leash her up. She’s a really well-behaved girl too! She seems to want permission before getting on the furniture. She seems to be potty trained, and doesn’t have indoor accidents here at the rescue. She loves her crate and sees it as her “safe space”- her own personal bedroom! Willow is a mellow girl too, she’s loving and goofy and silly but never “too much.” She’s a huge fan of the floor nap. Light exercise and plenty of snuggle time will keep this girl happy and healthy. Willow is ready to be your best friend. Willow would do best in a home with kids ten and up, or as your furry child. She would do well in a home with other dogs, but she’s so people-focused that we suspect she’d enjoy being your one and only. She’s so quiet and mellow that we could see her doing well in an apartment. We are willing to test Willow with anything you need us to in order to ensure she’s the perfect match for you! We can make most anything happen! Just let us know. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Snoopy has a striking look and goofy personality. He is such a sweet boy who loves toys and lights up when you talk sweet to him or start to love on him. You can see him coming, tail-wagging and on a mission for some love, its adorable, but once you touch him you will see the wiggles. His whole body wiggles in happiness and that same wiggle will show up when he has a loved toy in his mouth. And if you can be flexible on what you play fetch with, replace the ball with a lovie, then you have yourself a fetch boy for sure! We estimate Snoopy to be right around 2 years old and he currently weighs 56 lbs and we expect his weight to settle in around 60-65 lbs. Breed and age are something in rescue we cannot guarantee but we suspect he is possibly a pittie/boxer/dojo mix, but definitely a guaranteed cutie boy. When introduced to new dogs Snoopy was happy and excited and a bit goofy. Its almost like he doesn’t know is this a handshake moment? A high-five? A hug? We have all been there! He is a good boy and once off leash and playing he is a happy bouncy playmate. The dog pairing that he seemed to enjoy the most was with a calm female who was happy to play but took breaks often. Snoopy will thrive in a home with a yard where he can show off his budding fetch skills and sun himself. Another dog would be great but isn’t needed, Snoopy adores people and will be content with the love of his family and a few good toys. However, he’s a no-go for feline friends—his goofy approach to greetings would cause him to chase a cat and that is not way to make a friend. Snoopy has all the makings of a wonderful companion and family dog, with the steady-legged ages and up would be best so he doesn’t knock over a little with all of his wiggle. This boy is going to light up when he sees you and coming home to that wiggle butt everyday is going to make for a pretty sweet life for you both. If you are ready for love and laughs and a loyal companion, Snoopy is just as ready! Adopt him today and get to living the next best chapter together! If you have any questions or would like us to test Snoopy in a specific setting, please get in touch. We can make most anything happen to ensure he is the correct fit for you and your life!
