Story
Oh my heck does Mandy Sue not have the cutest face you ever did see?! Sure some people may say she has a face only a mother could love but how can anyone resist this face?! Mandy has the definition of a squishable face and when you meet her, you can't help but instantly start talking to her in a baby voice. Every person that meets her, it never fails, they always say "oh my gosh, she is SO CUTE." Let's be honest, they arena wrong and she has the cutest personality too! From the second you say hello to her or she sees you walking in her direction, her whole body starts to wiggle with happiness and her crooked little tail starts wagging as fast as it can go.
Witness cuteness with your very own eyes and watch her video:

Mandy Sue is a pocket bully bulldog mix approximately 4 years old and currently weighs 45 lbs and is full grown. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee age or breed. Y'all she is TEENY TINY! Yes she is 45 lbs but she is squatty and low to the ground. She has the cutest little legs that when she walks or does a little trot, they make it look like she is strutting her stuff down her very own runway. Let's be honest though, Mandy doesn't need the red carpet laid out for her to know that she is a princess baby.
Mandy is dog friendly and cat friendly! She is currently fostered 3 cats, one of which really likes Mandy and loves to snuggle with her and she is also fostered with 4 other dogs as well, all ranging in sizes. One of her foster sibling's is as small as 12 lbs making her a great dog to have if you have small dogs. Mandy does do best with small dogs that don't come with the small dog attitude. We all know it and we don't blame her for it either. During her assessment she met a lot of new dogs she has never met before and even met some that were 5 times her size to see how she does with really big dogs. Mandy did great with all of the dogs she met and for the most part kept to her self. Her foster mom says she loves to play and wrestle with her foster siblings so in a home once she is adjusted and settled, she would love to have another playmate in the home with her. Mandy does best with other dogs that are moderately playful, dogs that will let her open up a little bit before initiating play, and dogs that will respect when she doesn't want to play. We had her with a young adolescent make that was about the same size as her and he is just a bull in a china shop, kinda clumsy and just doesn't know what he is doing (poor guy). Mandy did not have any issues with him but you could tell that she would get uncomfortable and stiff every now and then. Once she understood him a little bit more, she started to realize he's just a baby with no manners. She had no issues sharing toys with him, was accepting when he stole her food and didn't mind sharing affection with him or with any of the other dogs. Mandy would even do great as a solo dog as well. She is a happy girl to her core and absolutely loves people. She would be perfectly happy being the center of your attention. I mean she is a natural born princess, I am sure she wouldn't mind the extra loving.
Mandy is such a happy girl that loves literally everyone she meets. The word stranger does not even exist in her vocabulary. She can know you her entire life or she can have just met you seconds ago and I can guarantee you that you'll see that famous wiggle butt. Mandy is the perfect couch snuggle buddy to have by your side on those lazy Sunday's or if you're having a movie marathon. She is the perfect cuddly size and she loves to curl up next you for all the snuggles. She'll lean into for affection and will give you all the kisses. Mandy could live in either and apartment or a home with a backyard. She is not high energy and due to her suspected breed, she is not the agility high exercise type of dog anyways. A short walk around the block or a quick game of playing with her favorite stuffy will be just fine for her. She would also make a great work from home buddy because she is so mellow and easy. She is not destructive in the home, can entertain herself with a stuffy toy, and will find herself a nice and cozy spot to lay down while you work. She will however, come give you affection every now and then while you work. Which is a pretty nice little work intermission if you ask me. Mandy is crate trained, potty trained, walks well on a leash and is just an easy loving cute little girl. We are willing to test Mandy Sue with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the
perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know.

https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success.
Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress!
Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond.
Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded.
It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS:

Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission!
Follow our rescue journey and connect with us on our website and social media platforms. Together, we can make a difference, one adoption at a time.
