Story
Loki is an American Bully (pocket size). He will be 2 in January. He is house and crate trained. He knows simple commands. He needs a little training in a leash as he gets so excited for his walks. He loves spending time outside and cuddling with his people. He loves to play tug-o-war, fetch and loves chew toys. He is an extremely sweet dog, unfortunately his owners can no longer properly care for him. Loki needs to be the only pet in the household. He loves people and children.

Story
He is an American Bully with an easy going attitude. Lazy. Affectionate. Playful. Quiet. He looks like a seal or potbelly pig with his extra large head with cropped off ears and tiny legs. He is healthy (he has easy to manage seasonal allergies) and active, crate trained and house trained. Dog and kid friendly- He is fostered with dogs of every size, he does best with larger females since he can be bossy. Most male dogs try to challenge him due to his size. Cheeseburglar is a LOVER not a fighter, he barks for attention. He spends most of his days napping on a Quilt in the AC. Favorite Color: Orange Favorite Toy: Squeaky Duck Stuffy Favorite Food: Cheese HIS-STORY: This strikingly handsome low rider was caught sleeping curled up in the home office with the cats, 'caught' because he didn’t live there and had pushed open a door during a storm and made himself at home. He was put outside to wait for Animal Control, a ride to the county jail for trespassing. He was bailed out and efforts made for the past few weeks to local owners. Always surprised at who needs a second chance, this American Bully with cut off ears and a dominate personally, needs a confident family to give him rules and exercise. Cheeseburglar needed a few extra meals and medications for a skin infections from fleas (dermatitis) which has resolved. Now neutered, up to date on vaccines and testing heartworm negative. Story
Hi! My name is Zodiac and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by an Animal Control Officer on January 14, 2025.I weigh 77.0 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog.I am a large, but sweet fellow! I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy. Due to my size I would thrive best in a home without younger children.I am strong dog who is working on my leash skills, but I am treat motivated so that will help aid with any further training needed :)I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!

Story
Welcome Contessa to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 6-year-old American Bulldog/Pittie mix is our guess. She has an adorable blue and one brown eye. She weighs about 50 pounds and is good with other dogs. She barks at her kennel door so her best place would be with a wooden privacy fence. She is moderate to low activity and loves to be touched. She is good in her crate and will make some lucky family a good companion. She is lower energy so she could go with a more relaxed and laid-back family. She could also go with children. We like them to be 10 or older. She was found as a stray on the construction site and had to survive until a good Samaritan caught her and brought her to CCPAL rescue. She warms up slowly but bonds deeply to her people. She has fallen in love with the kennel fellas. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 180. She is healthy, vaccinated, spayed and ready for her forever home. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Welcome Buddy to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 2-year old American Bulldog and Australian Cattle dog is our best guess on the mix. He has a lower coat and does shed. He is a bit of a puller on leash when he first gets out of his kennel. He is intelligent, affectionate and ready to learn. It doesn’t appear he would be hard to train but may have not had a lot of training in his first home. He would be great for a runner, jogger or hiker. He is sturdy and could keep pace and would love to join his human. He is in my opinion a perfect man dog. He loves men naturally and leans in to show his affection. He hasn’t been reactive on leash when walking around other dogs. He is social and not afraid of new people. He is exuberant so we think he would be best around children that are 8 or older. He would do great with an active family that wants an active companion. He does slow down and likes to chill out as well. He is not perpetual motion. He is getting neutered soon and is already getting his vaccinations and will be chipped. He is hw negative and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. . Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Thanks for doing this This beautiful boy is Barry. He is approx. a year old, neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He has yet to meet a person/dog/cat/child that he doesn’t like. Potty trained, goes in his crate when you leave the house Knows sit, leave it, take it, give me your paw – He’d know more if his mom had invested in some training classes! He is a total love bug, likes to cuddle, comes across as a loveable doofus but there is a smart boy underneath the fluff. The reason for adoption is beyond the owners control and if there was any possible way to keep him, they would.

Story
Name: MollyBreed: Boxer mix.Sex: FemaleAge: 1 year old.Size: Medium.10 kg/22 lbs  Molly is a very active and happy dog with a playful and protective personality. She was found alone on the street on a rainy day, suffering from anemia and infested with fleas. Her condition was so severe that you could see her bones. Sadly, she was a victim of violence, which has left her fearful of homeless and elderly people. Her rescuer loves her but recently had surgery so she is not able to take care of her anymore. Molly is good at walking on a leash, goes to the bathroom in the designated spot, and is ready for more training due to her good temperament. Molly needs a family that enjoys an active lifestyle, including walks and runs to help manage her energy. She responds in an environment with well-defined boundaries and ongoingtraining. She gets along with dogs and kids. She loves playing with her toys and taking walks and once she trusts you she will love and protect you unconditionally. Up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed and heartworm negative Molly is waiting in Mexico for a chance to come the WA.
