Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, I’m Diem—a playful, happy-go-lucky puppy with a zest for life that’s as big as my heart. I may have wobbly back legs, but don’t let that fool you! My unique walk doesn’t slow me down one bit. I’m always on the move, living life with energy and joy. Toys are my absolute favorite—whether it’s squeaky ones, chew toys, or something to chase, I’m all in. And when playtime is over, you’ll find me snuggled up for a cozy nap. I’m a pro at bedtime, settling down quietly in my kennel so you can get a good night’s sleep. I’m also working on potty training and learning to pace myself at mealtime (I get so excited about food!). Diem’s journey is a little different from other pups. She was born with a congenital spinal deformity that makes her movements unique. While her back legs sometimes have a mind of their own, she’s a determined little explorer who gets around just fine. She will benefit from continued rehabilitation to build strength and mobility, and she’s already making great progress with weekly physical therapy, which will need to be continued after adoption to support her long-term health and mobility. Diem does have urinary and fecal incontinence, which might require lifelong diaper use. Despite this, she’s an incredibly loving companion who doesn’t let her condition hold her back. If you’re looking for a special pup with a huge personality, Diem could be the perfect match. She’ll fill your days with laughter, cuddles, and so much love. Are you ready to continue Diem’s journey and give her the care and love she deserves? Diem was a stray. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Ollie! Ollie is a charming 3-year-old Pocket Pitty/Chocolate Lab mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. Ollie adores attention—he loves being petted, kissed, and snuggled, and he’ll happily soak up all the affection you have to offer. Playful with both people and dogs, Ollie is easygoing and tolerant, even when it comes to having his feet handled. He has no resource guarding issues and enjoys treats, toys, and rawhides. His absolute favorite? Squeaky toys! Ollie never tires of creating his own squeaky symphony and takes great joy in tearing them apart—so supervised play is a must.  Here’s a video of Ollie playing and another video of Ollie playing.   Ollie is almost fully potty trained and will softly whine or bark to let you know when he needs to go outside. He sleeps quietly in his kennel at night but appreciates an early morning potty break. Smart and eager to learn, Ollie knows his name, responds to "kennel" and "sit," and is excited to pick up new tricks and commands. An active, adventurous boy, Ollie thrives in a home with a fenced-in yard where he can play and explore. He loves the outdoors, especially in the snow—tunneling through piles, bouncing around in pure joy, and digging for hidden treasures like sticks and balls. He plays well on his own or with his people but can be a bit rough with dogs who aren’t used to his enthusiastic style.  Because of his enthusiasm, he would do best without young kids or elderly adults. Ollie would do well as an only dog but would truly thrive with a canine buddy who matches his playful energy. He loves to climb into your lap despite his size, always eager to be as close as possible. While his excitement and strength can be a lot for older dogs or small pets, Ollie has a sweet, submissive side, especially when he doesn’t feel like going into his kennel. With his affectionate, loving nature and boundless happiness, Ollie is ready to find his forever family—one that will cherish his joyful spirit and give him all the love he deserves. Ollie is from a local shelter. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Nebula is a young dog with a mysterious past, but she’s ready to make a fresh start. She’s house-trained, enjoys car rides, and knows basic commands. Nebula is affectionate with adults and older children, and she loves both playtime and cuddles. When it’s cuddle time, she’ll let you know with gentle nudges, and if that doesn’t work, expect her to lean in, curl up beside you, and rest her head (or even her whole body) on your lap. Nebula is full of energy and curiosity, so she’ll do best with humans who are ready to match her enthusiasm. In return, she’ll offer you endless snuggles and fun-filled play sessions, filling your life with love and joy.   Nebula is from a local impound. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Indigo, better known as Indy (or Indy 500 when she gets the zoomies)! In just her short life, lil mama has been through a lot: as her belly folds suggest, she was used by her past owner for breeding. When they no longer needed her, she was dumped at animal control. Thankfully, after three weeks of that nonsense, she finally got a second lease on life in a foster home!   Indy is first and foremost a lover. She is an A++ cuddler and will nestle her hippo noggin into you like you are long lost besties. As a moderate energy girlie, she both loves to explore and play but is also able to settle and nap of her own volition. In just her first couple of weeks in foster care, she’s caught on beautifully to positive reinforcement training and has learned that she can look to her human for support when she’s feeling uncertain. We’re currently working up to feeling more certain around other dogs, as well as learning how to channel our prey drive in safe yet fulfilling ways.   She’s a strong woman, both in terms of resilience and physicality, so her forever human should have muscles. Her forever home would also ideally have a fenced yard, in part to allow her the freedom of movement she needs and also because the girl lives for a good food scatter foraging session, which we do daily! She also loves her stuffies (especially if they squeak or oink), as well as balls, flirt pole, snore-laden naps, butt scritches, and generally just spending time with you. Indy has so much love to give. So if you’re ready for your heart to explode, there’s no doubt that Indy is too.   What makes Indigo special? She loves wormy-worming in grass. She'll also sometimes randomly grab a stuffy and parade around the house with it in her mouth, which is very endearing. If you like a dog that snores, Indy's excellent at that as well. She is also a wiggle butt, especially when you come back home. Lately, when I come back home, she's figured out that I won't pay her attention until she calms down, and in an effort to calm herself down, sometimes she'll try to offer a sit, but she's so excited that she'll be tip-tapping her feet whilst huffing and grunting, trying to keep it together. Another thing that makes me smile is how she's starting to enjoy learning, and it's rewarding to see a new concept click for her.     Indigo  is from a local impound. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. I am loving being in my foster home and having friends to play with.  I can be shy at first but give me a few treats I warm up. I love hanging out under my foster mom’s desk as she works from home. I am also good in my kennel but I like to trick my foster mom that I will not go in but I always go in. I sleep in my kennel all night. I am potty trained. I would love a fenced yard since I love to run around and see what’s all outside. A friend that likes to run around and play chase would be amazing. I think I would be better with a friend. I don’t think cats would be good with me. I love to chill with my foster fur brothers and nap with them. If you would like to know more please fill out an application for me. Thank you for reading about me. Willow Mina is from a local shelter. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application.
