𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐝'𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲:"Bud is such a sweet boy. I fostered him for a while. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like other male dogs.He’s great with female dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens and ducks. I miss him. Housebroken, crate trained, leash trained, and listens well. He really deserves a furever home."𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬:"Macho (Bud) is listed as 10 years old but he's a young 10 with plenty of energy and life left in him. He appears to be in very good health, neutered, and up to date on all his shots. All he needs now is for someone to adopt him.For a boy from the south, the cold and snow don't seem to stop him from enjoying his walks. He is a large boy and pulls some on the leash but is very voice and treat responsive. Bud certainly loves his treats and will quickly sit and shake for one that he takes politely. He loves car rides but does show some anxiety with mild whines, going window to window to check where we are going. Bud seemed to prefer riding in the back so he could look out all around. He is friendly with all, especially if they have treats to share." .....𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨:Macho (Bud) is a 10-year-old pitbull mix who spent time in foster care after arriving at Stray Haven. Before that, he was in an animal shelter in Florida awaiting a forever home when the hurricanes hit and he had to be relocated to NY. While in his foster home, it was discovered that Bud does well with all sorts of animals but wants to be the alpha male. This boy would do best in a home without any other male dogs. According to his former foster family, Bud is housebroken, crate-trained, and knows several commands. He is a senior pup, but don’t let that stop you. He is in good health and he is an active boy.
