Louie was adopted as a puppy and returned because when the other dog and Louie would play they would get carried away and bite each other. Come to find out when Louie was returned he had a terrible bacterial infection of his skin. It had raw, oozing lesions that were not treated properly. After many skin cultures and medication he is feeling much better and no more sores. This dog lives just to go bye bye! He listens well, is housebroke, crate trained and 100% cat friendly. He's a big goof at times, so toddlers would probably not be ideal, as that tail would be knocking them down. He shows no aggression with the other dogs. I got Marley from a person my wife worked with summer of 2024. She's almost 2 I believe. She's a very playful dog and friendly to everyone. Unfortunately I do not have the time to properly break her of her bad habits such as chewing on things and staying by me without a leash. She has ran away multiple times so I have had to keep a close eye on her if I open the door. She needs someone who is experienced in training dogs with these type of behaviors.

Raja is a sweet 6 year old Pitbull mix. Unfortunately her last home made her distrustful of men and anxious. She is reactive to noises like car doors even after training and the area we are in is not good for her on this front. Additionally my brother in law will be moving in soon as he needs a place to stay and anytime he has been over she has growled at him until we put her in the bedroom and close the door. We love her to death but we have to put our human family first and combined with her sensitivity to our busy neighborhood we no longer think we are the right home for her.

Meet sweet Honey. If this girl could tell us her story we would all be in tears by the end. She was brought in as a stray and had a significant facial injury that required immediate vet care and months of follow up. She had lots of stitches and staples put in her mouth and jaw. We assume she was struck by a vehicle or dumped out of a moving vehicle. She has recently been cleared for adoption and is ready to find her very own couch to cuddle up on. All of her staples and stitches have been removed. Honey is around 3 years old and is spayed with a one year current rabis vaccine, was heartworm negative and negative for lymes disease. She loves to go on big walks and play with all the toys. Her favorite is snuggling up in a big blanket on the couch. Honey is that perfect companion who would love to be right by your side. She has done well with our office cat at our shelter, but has been picky with dogs she likes and does not like. A meet and greet would help to see if she would fit in with any current dogs in the house. Honey is such a sweet loving and adorable pittie who is ready to make leaps and bounds when she finds her home. Her adoption fee is 52 dollars.
