Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.UPDATE 4/23/2020 She is now 7-1/2 years old.  Posted 5/30/14 Unique was found as a stray and had 2 puppies after being taken in.  She is a young girl at 1-1/2 years old and she is a very busy dog.  She is very loving and loves to play with other dogs, but can be selective on who she likes.Because she is so active we do require a fenced yard for this 70lb dog.  She is crate trained and is housetrained (here).  She is not cat safe and because she jumps we do not recommend kids under 12, she has becoming increasingly unsure of children so we are changing the age to be 18.  She needs obedience training that will make her a perfect dog.  Her adoption fee is $200.  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm/Lyme tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along with an adoption kit . Application REQUIRED. Adoption fee required. If interested contact Denise @ (717) 469-7325 Email: Doggieden@aol.com The FIRST STEP to be considered for adopting a pet is to fill out the adoption application COMPLETELY . thedogsden.rescuegroups.org  Click on Adoption at left margin of pageVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 7, 2024, 12:18 am

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.&#226&#128&#188&#239&#184&#143Lola was set to graduate Paws in Prison this week and go to her new home, BUT the adopters had to back out. We really need to find her a home. We had another dog lined up to take her place at Paws in Prison but her not being adopted is really throwing a wrench into plans. PLEASE SH@RE. Yes she’s a bully breed, but she is a wonderful dog. She doesn’t ask for much. She’s the perfect size at about 30-35 pounds. She’s about 2 years old. She is good with kids and other dogs. She’s gone through basic training at Paws in Prison. This tiny queen is absolutely adorable with her partially blue eyes. She followed a kid home from a store and no owner ever claimed her. She had a horrible case of mange (as seen in the last few photos) but she has been treated and her hair is growing back in nicely. She still has some patchy spots that need to fill in but she's almost there. Lola is a silly, fun loving, happy girl. She gets along great with other dogs and she is very playful. And she has the CUTEST underbite ever! She has been fully vetted and is ready to find her family! Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet. Here we have Sirius! CUTE as can be and does he look like a fun pup or what? Sirius is the only boy in the litter (he has sisters available for adoption if you prefer a female)! Sirius is good with other dogs. He goes to doggy daycare a few times a week. He is doing well at daycare, making friends (people and other dogs). He is a very energetic pup. He LOVES to play and be loved on. He is young enough to learn to live with cats and he’s good with kids. He's making progress with house training. He still has the occasional accident, but that's to be expected. We think he probably has some pit bull in him, but he is a mixed breed. Mom is about 30 lbs and looks to also be a pit bull mix. Sirius and his siblings probably won't get much bigger than mom when grown. They were born on 4/3, so they are still just babies at 15 weeks old. These babies are all so precious and sweet natured. They will make great little family members! He is neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and started on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet. 5/17/24 Shadow I'm not sure that I've ever seen a more handsome dog. He is so beautiful with his muscular build and slick coat. Shadow is an owner surrender, through no fault of his own. His former owner was going through some very difficult life events and just was not able to keep him any longer. Shadow is 2 years old, 55lbs, and fully vetted. He gets along good with other non dominant dogs. He is also very good with kids. He is not a good candidate for a home with cats. He is housetrained and walks on leash but needs to learn better leash manners because he does pull. He is loving and friendly with everyone he meets. Located in Arkansas, but transport is available.
