Story
Scarlett is a 4-year-old American Shorthair. She was a stray, found on the roof of my girlfriend's mom's place of employment, yet has lived with us for 4 years with our older cat we previously already had prior to her. She was a kitten and was able to adapt to her early on. While she got along well with this other cat, she has not displayed the same adaptability with other cats. We have since adopted a new kitten from a rescue during an adoption event and Scarlett has not adapted well. Scarlett is having trouble adjusting to a new kitten in the house and has been displaying some territorial behaviors. It has been quite some time and she has not adjusted despite our other older cat already adjusting to this new kitten. Apart from this, Scarlett is a low-maintenance, cuddly cat who loves to jump on you and rub herself against you for affection. She would thrive in a loving home where she can be the center of attention without the stress of adapting to a new feline friend.

Story
Hi! I'm Garage, ever seen a kitten with the fanciest suit? Yup, that's me! I play all day with my buddies but I'm ready to go to my new home and become a professional house cat, it's a real commitment that requires suiting up every day. Live in my shoes for a day, you'll see. I've had all my first year shots, a registered microchip, and I've been neutered - this is included in my adoption fee.  If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for you to come meet me!  In addition to all first-year shots and spay, I come with a registered microchip and a full set of medical records. Since kittens do the best with having playmates and someone to cuddle, I will have to go to a home with other cats or kittens or even a dog (who likes cats of course).  Or you could adopt a second kitten from Second Chance, at a reduced adoption fee. ##2093788##

Story
Lulu was a rescue when she was a little kitten. She is a healthy eight year old cat. Her front claws were surgically removed so she doesn't scratch furniture or people. She does not get along with my toddler who is increasingly harassing her. She needs a home without children. She is most affectionate in the morning and evenings. She is quiet otherwise. She comes with a large standing cage and a cat tree. I am willing to pay someone to adopt her. Please, come save the kitty.

Story
Paloma was found as a stray and has the spirit to prove it! While her background is unknown, she is extremely apprehensive around other animals and can react out of fear which is telling to her life on the street. With her foster family, Paloma has opened up. Paloma loves to sleep by your side, she will follow you around and even loves to give kisses once she is comfortable. Paloma is a very playful cat who would enjoy someone who can devote time and attention to her while also respecting her space and boundaries. Paloma is a cat who will need patience and understanding. A home where she will be worked with and understood despite her challenges. Paloma needs a lot of work to fully come out of her shell and help her become fully comfortable. With that being said, Paloma can also be extremely affectionate. She will follow you to give you kisses and loves right next to you snuggled up. She will not do well in a home with other cats or other dogs. She needs to be the queen of her castle!
