If adopted, will receive her little box, food, and some toys she enjoys! My sister left her for me when I moved into my new home, she is a very sweet and loving girl, but my boy sadly doesn’t like her. I’ve tried to have her look for a home or take her, but she hasn’t respond, so it is my job to find an amazing home for her. She loves springs and can play fetch when comfortable, sister said she has anxiety and is about the age of 4. When running, she will do a little waddle/run ( it’s very cute). I wish to be connected with her and get a picture here and there or just little updates about her life, this is a hard decision, but I believe she deserves a better home where she can be herself. We are flea treating her at the moment and have been for the past 3 weeks just to make sure she is all healthy and ready for a new home! She got her name from the movie Spirted Away.

Anti-Declawing Policy:All cats and kittens will have a no declaw policy in their adoption contract with us!  Declawing is a series of bone amputations.  Declawing is more accurately described by the term de-knuckling and is not merely the removal of the claws, as the term “declawing” implies.  In humans, fingernails grow from the skin, but in animals that hunt prey, the claws grow from the bone; therefore, the last bone is amputates so the claw cannot re-grow.  Declawing is one of the most painful, routinely performed procedures in all of veterinary medicine.  Each toe of the cat is amputated at the first joint.  Declawing a cat is equivalent in a person to amputating the entire first knuckle of every finger.  Declawing is done strictly for the benefit of the owner.  There are NO benefits to the cat and NO good reasons to declaw. Declawing can lead to behavior changes.  A declawed cat has no way to defend itself and may resort to biting more often.  Due to pain, they may stop using the litterbox.  There are humane alternatives to declawing.  Cats can be trained to use scratching posts.  They should have their nails trimmed regularly.  There is double sided sticky tape that can be put on furniture to deter a cat from scratching there.  There are also nail caps called Soft Paws that are glued onto a cat's naile cat’s nails without harm. ##2079831##

Luke is so friendly, and quirky. I found him at 2 years old as a stray. No telling what he got into before that but I was told he might've fallen off a cargo truck from Georgia. He wasn't fixed and had worms. He was warming up one day under my ex-boyfriend's truck and then he became mine. FF 3 years. Luke is a charming, large, and fully healthy 5 year old and 1 month male cat. When inside, his favorite thing to so is sprawl out while he and his human watch tv. He is the best co-pilot.!! He also likes to daydream by the window, listening for critters or birds. When outside, he likes sprawling out on the cool ground, walking in gardens, and picking at plants. He has gotten loose 2 or 3 times, where I found him within the same day in the neighbors gardens, and once he just walked back to the front door where his food and water were. I brush him routinely with Burts Bees waterless shampoo. He is a very sheddy orange cat. The vet says American shorthair but I don't know where the "short hair" classification comes from because I could go on brushing him and removing hair from him for days. He acts like he doesn't like to be brushed but he does. He loves being a pretty boy. As long as you keep him clean he shouldn't provoke any allergy problems. His favorite toys and cat beds are anything colorful that is truly unique, just like him. He like crunchy treats and that is usually how I care for his dental health. I have also used minty gel which he really enjoys. He likes Shiba catfood, and meow mix dry food. If you mix it together for him that's just the best. Praying Luke and I find a forever home give him the stimulation, safe environment, and needs to be met that he deserves. Currently, my household has adopted a pitbull who is untrained and uncrated. And Luke is left for long periods of time, often days, in the master bedroom, where the dog barks and pushes/knocks at the door. I'm also 5 months pregnant and just want to find the right home and situation for him before the baby comes and there is even less I can do.... Please consider adopting this cutie!! It would mean the world to me!
