Story
Meet these beautiful tuxies Scout and Trax. They are a bonded pair of sisters who are looking for a loving home since their human recently passed. They are 11 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines and declawed front AND back paws. Their vet records are available and able to transfer to their new vet once rehomed. Because of their human's illness, they have been contained to a bedroom for a while and skittish but will hopefully warm up once regular human contact is given. They will need either a new home or foster as soon as possible. Food and litter will be supplied if fostering. Scout and Trax are part of Mercy Hospices Pet Peace of Mind program. We help to rehome our patients' pets to keep them from entering a shelter and/or being euthanized. Can you help Scout and Trax find their new loving home?

Story
Mama Mo is a sweet cat- she has lived a tough life outdoors after her owners moved away. She was a good mama to her kittens (all adopted and loving their new homes)! She is learning to trust people again- and can sometimes be a little spicy if you pet her past her allotted timespan (which only she is privy to).  She had a brief stint at Whisker Station, but that wasn't her jam- she was not at all aggressive with the other cats but prefers a quieter more laid back vibe. So now she is back with us in her favorite chair! She deserves the absolute best- a family (without young kids) that really understands and appreciates cat behavior as she does have a few quirks! I think she would be fine with non-aggressive dogs or cats. She is pretty much ignores the other animals in our home- a dog and 3 other cats.  Mo loves to be brushed and pet, but does not enjoy if you put your face close to her. She will let you know about it! Reach out if you would like more information on Mo! It is definitely worthwhile gaining her trust- she is a special kitty and deserves a special family of her own!August 19, 2024, 11:28 am
