Please only adopt a senior if you are prepared for senior health issues that may come along. Midnight lost his human. Sadly, his human passed away, leaving him alone in his apartment. The family took great care of midnight until they found Fur Babies Rescue to foster him. He is a loving guy who wants lots of affection then he finds a sunny window to nap. He loves treats! He is a very easy and laid back cat once he gets comfortable on his new home. It took around a week for him to relax after getting to his foster home. His life got turned upside down and he is rolling with it now. He would love a very quiet home with his new human. He has used the litter box perfectly since arriving at his foster home. Incredibly affectionate 4 year old rescued Male in need of a loving home. We rescued this charming boy from a life of misery, he has been neutered, Rabies, and 1st round of Feline HCP. He loves to put his "arms" around our shoulders and nestle his head under our necks. So perfect for someone who is in need of a devoted, docile companion. He is liter box trained and nails have been cut. All this sweet baby wants to do is sit on someone's lap and snuggle. We require a $30.00 rehoming fee, this allows us to rescue more cats and get them spayed/neutered and rehoused. We will provide the first week of food to get you started and transition to the food you wish to have him on. We are located in Shelby, NC. We already have two rescued dogs and two rescued cats, if we didn't we would keep this sweet baby.

Mr. Cat turned up in the backyard as a tiny kitten. We thought he was feral but he soon allowed us to pet and hold him. We kept him as an outdoor cat. He has been neutered and microchipped and is up to date on his vaccines. (His medical records are available). Mr. Cat and our dog don’t get along and Mr. Cat stays away from her. He has gotten along well with our backyard chickens. Recently he suffered some minor injuries, possibly from a run in with a wild animal. He was treated at the animal hospital and is staying inside until he heals completely. I have discovered that he craves affection and could happily adapt to being an indoor cat.

Squeaks is a beautiful orange tabby male who was born around Jan 2023. He was found with a wound on his tummy which required surgery and brought into a foster home. Squeaks was born outdoors and is shy with new folks. He lives with his foster mom and dad and their two cats. He is devoted to his foster parents. Squeaks follows them around and is a real lap cat. He is playful and loving. He loves to play with the other two cats in the household. He likes toys and would do well with any family who puts in time to gain his trust. Orange cats are thought to be friendlier and more affectionate than other cats. They tend to be snuggly.
