Remi is an amazing cat. He loves all people, animals and he's not afraid of anything. He is very loving and has had a loving home. He's declawed and strictly an indoor cat. He does not ever try to go outside as he was born in a house, held by children from the time he was a baby and has not been outside. He's very healthy and has a thick coat. Our family is sad but we have to move and although we tried to find a home to rent, within our budget, to keep him, the home we're moving into has a very strict no cats allowed rule. We want him to go to a loving home who love cats. We will send food litter box, litter, and catnip with him.

Hi! We found this beautiful girl as an abuse of the TNR system-she has clearly been loved and wants loved. She followed me half a mile with my corgi in tow trying to find a home to snuggle up in. She wants all the pets, can be picked up, and just needs a home where people will love her. I unfortunately am not able to take another cat into my living situation (I already have two black rescues of my own!) but I know she’ll make a wonderful companion to a solo lifestyler or a large family.

Dad was found with his girlfriend and two kittens in an unsafe area by S IH-35. He got along well with his girlfriend and kittens, but they were scooped up and found homes. Dad was fixed and put back on the streets before anyone noticed how friendly he was! A nice human stepped in and noticed his health was deteriorating outside and had no constant source of food or water. He was taken inside to focus on his health. Turns out, he LOVES being around people! Dad thinks toys are ok but prefers getting pets and sitting next to a loving human or snuggling at night! Although Dad tested positive for FIV (weakened immune system), FIV cats tend to have normal life spans when cared for and the majority never experience complications. FIV is only transmitted to other cats through blood transfusions and serious penetrating bite wounds. FIV cannot be transmitted to humans or other animals. Dad would be the healthiest as an indoor cat but a bonus to have access to an enclosed outdoor space.

I'm a Tortie without the 'tude. I was an outdoor cat until last year when I had my last litter of kittens. I stopped being able to feed them when they were about 5 weeks old so the people who fed me on their porch brought us all into the house. They fed my kittens for me and once I realized that I no longer had to worry about finding shelter in the winter or in the rain and always had fresh water and food, I began to really like it inside. I was always friendly with the humans but now I could snuggle on nice soft blankets, beds, pillows...it was amazing. I used to catch lots of mice and even some birds but I'm learning that catching my tail is so much better. I love to play with ball towers and cat teasers, too. I even get along with their big dogs! The people who took me in are very nice but since they took my kittens and I in, they're stretched thin. They already had many cats before we got there. They love us but we need more room (&scritches)

Pallas is sweet and loving. I adopted her about 3 years ago, but I’m renting and my landlord won’t allow a pet. She’s great with my mom’s two smaller dogs and cat - we lived in the home with them for two years and she loved hanging out with the dogs! She likes to be held and will cuddle up with you on the sofa. She’s vocal and likes to have chats, which makes her great company for a single person. She’s well behaved, litter trained and not a scratcher.

Story

Max is a sweetheart who is happiest snuggling in a lap or snoozing under a bed. He loves pets and attention. He has lived his whole life with another cat, so with time I'm sure he'd adjust to living with a new cat. He hasn't been around a dog since he came to live with us at 10 wks old. I think he'd do fine with a mellow dog. Max spent the first 4 wks of his life living outside with a feral mom, so his fight or flight instincts are very present but it's ALWAYS flight. He has never been at all aggressive. He runs away when people come into the house but will return if it's a person he's comfortable with. I do think a noisier/busier home would be too stressful for him. When my kids and grandkids come over as a bigger group, he stays hidden away until they leave. He will come out for quieter guests that come around often. He has never had any litter box issues and his front claws have been removed. I want to find him a home with someone who will love him like we do. (DOB 4/9/19)
