He is fostered by the home owners and begins to trust them and all people- but horrifically is shot in the face by their neighbor while standing on the sidewalk one day. Traumatized and with a fresh jaw fracture repair surgery he is urgently moved to another foster home for his own protection. In his new foster home he is treated with medical care, patience, time, and most importantly love. Flash forward to today- his physical wounds have healed but he still is healing his emotional scars. She finally came around to trust us, and is now a loving sweetheart. Citrus wants an understanding foster-to-adopt home, who wants to baby her. She is estimated to be 2-4 years old, and a mix between English Bulldog and Boxer. Citrus has a classic cautious and disapproving yet personable English Bulldog personality, and the silly play style of a Boxer. We are looking for a household without children for Citrus.
