Story
HI - I'M SANDY! I'm a 6-1/2-year-old sweet snuggler girl who needs a foster or forever home! I've been waiting for TWO YEARS for someone to choose me. I love to cuddle, hang out and watch TV, and go for walks, hikes, and other adventures. I do well with some dogs (I used to live in a home with a female dog), but prefer people to other dogs so I can get all of the attention. If you're looking for a snuggler, someone to share your bed and hug, I'm it! I truly am a lap dog, and I crave human attention and affection. I'm also super happy, and am just waiting for my person or people to come along. I weigh about 56 lbs.

Story
Luna has been in my family her whole life. Luna has moved between 3 different owners/family members, myself being the 3rd. I have been Lunas primary care provider for 2 years. She is a pleasant companion for someone who is able to give her the attention that she deserves. She gets bored when she’s left with nothing to do. Luna loves to play fetch and chase squirrels. Luna is best with people or just 1 committed individual. Luna has given me her best years of love and loyalty, and I know she will give you her best remaining years. Thank you for your consideration.

Story
Ruben is a typical puppy: energetic, curious, and mouthy. He craves attention and affection. Ruben is moderately crate trained. As a puppy, he is better off with blankets in his crate.  He loves playing with toys but needs some attention in terms of just being with people and getting more socialized.  When he is calm after some play, he is very sweet. He has an intense stare and is likely a great candidate for scent work. He is super agile and loves to run fast. He can actually entertain himself with a variety of things in the yard.  He was found in an orchard field... and not much around to sustain him. So, he is in need of love and care to round out his early struggles. But, he is young, and is learning quickly basic commands.November 6, 2024, 2:40 pm

Story
HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM BENJI! Benji is an almost 4-year-old Boxer-Pit mix in need of a forever home. He's currently in a foster home in Oregon. Benji has had a rough go of it in his short life - he was rescued from a crowded California shelter, and later was attacked by another male dog. He is almost healed from his attack though looks a little rough around the edges during the healing process. Benji is very much a couch potato dog in that he loves to lounge on the sofa or sleep on your bed. He has done fine around other dogs, but given his recent trauma we think he may be best as the only dog where he can get all of the deserved love and attention. He's very affectionate, and loves belly rubs. Benji is also an active, strong boy so he needs a strong owner, and someone who can take him for walks, hikes and other outings. A big, fenced yard would be a plus, but is not a necessity. He does have a prey drive for squirrels and bunnies, so probably would do best in a home without cats. Overall he's a mellow, easygoing boy. He weighs about 60 lbs. Please email for an application.

Story
HI - I'M GRACIE! I'm a 5-year-old sweet & gentle Boxer mix in need of a foster or forever home. I weigh only 47 lbs. I was recently rescued from a California shelter in the nick of time. I ended up there because my previous people turned me in for chasing the cat. I don't understand that at all; I was simply bored and trying to have some fun, but unfortunately I got the boot. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, easygoing and am at a wonderful, calmer age. I have done well with mellow dogs but don't like dogs that are hyper, or in my face too much. I'd love a new home to call my own. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.
