Therefore, the longer you wait for questions to be answered, the less your chances are. In addition, as home life and rescue put the needs of our rescue dogs first, we regret that we were not able to get back to you. ***LIGHT GOLD IN COLOR***NEUTERED ***CHIPPED***FULLY VETTED ***GREAT WITH KIDS ***GREAT WITH OTHER DOGS ***LEASH, HOUSE AND COMMAND TRAINED Our German shepherd rescue is extremely proud to present for adoption the sweetest dog on the planet! Our guy's name is Charlie and he is absolutely remarkable. This boy is probably a German shepherd/Anatolian shepherd mix, he just turned 4, is a beautiful light gold in color, weighs in at a skinny 75 pounds which should be closer to 90 pounds and can stand on the ground and stick his nose in your ear. Charlie is simply amazing, he loves children, he loves other dogs, he loves car rides, he loves to play, he is perfect in your house, be bonds very strongly (Velcro dog), will try his best to sleep with you and in the end, he is a highly controlled protector. Charlie came to us from a very unfortunate situation where he was an inside dog with a young family with young children. Apparently one of the children developed an allergy at which point he is delegated to the outside where he promptly went from 90 plus pounds to 65 pounds at which point we took him into our rescue. I have been working with German shepherds, golden retrievers for over 50 years and I can 100% guarantee this boy is as level, intelligent, intuitive, and gracious and committed as they come. Our boy handled our socialization and training programs with ease, reflecting high intelligence, solid predictable personality, very strong desire to train, high focus, strong desire to bond and an intense desire to bond. In my opinion, as Charlie’s trainer, this young man is as sweet, open loving and predictable as they come! If your family is looking for the ultimate new family member do no not miss out on Charlie, all you have add is love and COMMITMENT.

Change A Life Dog Rescue coming to you with a serious plea- we need your help. There are a number of dogs in our Rescue that need to be moved and it is quite urgent. IF YOU HAVE EVER CONSIDERED FOSTERING, Now is the time- please do not comment that the dogs are cute, please help or contact someone serious about helping. These 2 dogs were adopted years ago, and the family is losing their home, this is urgent!!!! River and Rio are about 100lbs, River is an Anatolian Shepherd, Rio is a Great Pyrenees. They are 3 and 2 yrs old, great with kids and other dogs and even cats. They were trained to an e fence and do well. THEY LOVE being outside, are housebroken, good on a leash, can be crated, they bark to alert you (look at their breed) and the family believes they are bonded- we can see if that is the case. We are trying to keep them together but most importantly, we are trying to keep them out of a shelter! Please consider helping, comment below, submit an application or email janine@changealifedogrescue.org https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/CALR/Dog

Story
Highway (HWY) is a very good-looking boy. He is very high Anatolian Shepherd. He was fully vetted 9/18/24. 19 weeks old as of 11/1/24. Weighed 18.9 lbs when vetted. He is growing fast. Est 30 -35 lbs now on 11/1!24. HWY was named Highway because he was found on Highway 51. in West TN. A girl that his foster mom knows saw a car pull over on the side of the highway and put him out. She pulled over and saved him. He was really scared when we first got him. He has come a long way but can still be shy at times. He needs someone willing to be patient with him. He catches on pretty quick. He’s playful and knows “ sit” already. He loves other dogs. Walks really well on leash. He actually would do very well with an avid walker/runner. He does likes o ride in the car. He will require additional potty/house training as he is still a pup. HIGHWAY is located in Ripley, TN. (West TN). Contact Lisa at 731-499-0739 or oatsvall973@yahoo.com Out of state transport can be arranged, cost is $185.

Introducing Horace! He is a beautiful blond Shepard mix and full of fun. He enjoys playing outside and with other dogs and keep away is his favorite game. After some play time, Horace is quick to jump on the couch for a comfy nap. Horace deserves a loving family that is willing and ready to play. On his morning walks he stops at the bus stop to get pats and belly rubs from the children waiting for the bus.
