Story

Mila was surrendered because she wanted to be with people rather than sheep so she wasn't a very good livestock guard dog. Mila is really just a big ham who loves belly rubs. She is tons of fun and loves people. She is very food motivated so this can be used to help do some training with her. Mila loves people and would prefer to be the only dog in the home. We do not know what she thinks of cats. Due to her size, a home with kids 8+ is preferred (she loves kids but may accidently knock some smaller ones over). This gorgeous girl is about 2-3 years old and 90 lbs. Please help Mila find the loving home she deserves. **Please note we currently have another dog with a similar name. Please make sure you use the spelling "MILA" on your application or correspondence to avoid any confusions. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. Bolto is a great dog. He is very smart and has a great sense of his whereabouts. With a great family he will become acclaimate quickly. This boy was returned due to owners downsizing. He is a sweet boy who is doing well in a foster home. He is housetrained with a dog door and gets along with cats. He doesn't mind other dogs and is very adjustable to new routines. He does know some commands and is treat motivated. He learns very quickly and would do well in any type home.
