Story
Looking for a lovable, active, and smart companion? Look no further! Buffy is a sweet and affectionate dog who’s ready to bring joy and energy into your life. She is house trained, making her a good addition to a fun home. Buffy enjoys to be out and about—whether it’s on walks, exploring the neighborhood, or running around in a secure backyard. She thinks she can outrun birds, and with her energy and speed, it’s a pretty fair competition! A secure yard would be perfect for her to burn off that energy while you enjoy a nice day outside together. Buffy is extremely smart and learns routines quickly. She’s already mastered basic obedience commands like “sit,” “shake,” and “down.” She'll even bark to let you know she needs to go out and to come back in. She thrives on learning new things and engaging with her humans. Buffy is compatible with easy-going, joyful dogs and similar to her size. But, people are her thing -- especially kids! She gravitates toward them and loves to play, chase, and engage in all sorts of fun games. She is incredibly affectionate and enjoys cuddling up with her family when it’s time to relax. If you're looking for a loving, active, and fun-loving companion, Buffy could be the perfect fit for your family. She’s ready to bring happiness and excitement to her forever home. Could that be with you? ❤️🐾 Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. Story
Meet Ollie: A Brave Soul Rebuilding Trust Ollie, currently in our rehabilitation program, is overcoming her fear of humans. Likely born in the desert with minimal socialization until captured by Animal Control, she once lived with a loving family, displaying food-driven behavior and allowing her human dad to pet her. Due to a family tragedy, Ollie (Olive) found herself in need of treatment or sanctuary. With the right family and commitment, we believe Ollie can thrive with humans once again. Help her on this journey to feel safe and loved. Your support can make a world of difference as Ollie seeks a new beginning filled with trust and love.  How to Adopt: Visit www.petsreturnhome.org to discover our dogs, and complete an adoption application at www.petsreturnhome.org/adoption-application to bring home a new companion. Story
Leo was adopted from K-9 Connection In Wickenburg, AZ on 2/22,2022 after being rescued from a reservation. At birth 11/11/2021 the entire litter except Leo was taken by coyotes. He has a small bump on his tail and a scar on his left paw from this ordeal. He is a great dog that is very strong so he pulls on the leash. He loves dog parks & gets along great with the big dogs. He loves dog parks & hike trails but will try to chase any animal he sees. We have moved in with our grown children that have a 4 year old & 1 year old. Leo gets along great mostly however he has lots of energy and has knocked them over, scratched and snapped at them on occasion. We no longer have a fenced yard so he has to go on a long lead. Leo loves to run free and escapes out the door every chance he gets which has caused problems with the neighbors. He needs a home with a yard even though he stays inside at night currently. We just need peace that he will not accidentally hurt our Grandbabies. 100% Housebroke

Story
Adoption fee waived this weekend! Stevie is an almost 5 year old (bday 4/20/20) Australian Cattle mix. She loves a good game of fetch and will chase birds all day long. Although she is an adventurer and loves the outdoors, she’s also very happy relaxing right at your feet. Stevie has been around other dogs and kids (from infancy) her entire life. She’s very gentle and careful with little ones and very patient as well. Stevie is very intelligent and although she knows basic commands now, she would be an excellent student for anyone wanting to teach her more advanced tricks and commands. She currently gets to run around a half acre yard and though she’s slowed down quite a bit at her age, she will still need to go to a home with either a yard someone committed to taking her to a dog park daily. This girl is an absolutely wonderful addition to the family. Please message with any questions.
