Tahoe (looks like a Heeler mix) is an adorable tricolor big boy at 73lbs and his estimated DOB is 8/19/22. Tahoe requires a tall strong fence. He's a cuddly and playful boy who is looking for a loving home. Tahoe came to the shelter as a stray, so we don't know much about his background, but we do know that he knows a few commands. Tahoe knows come, sit, down, shake, and leave-it. What a smart boy! Come let Tahoe show off for you today! Tahoe's adoption fee is $100. MC:0249Tahoe was generously sponsored by Patrick and Hannelore McCumber during our Reigning Cats and Dogs event. Malachi is vivacious, energetic, and always ready for playtime! He will spend hours playing with any squeaky toy! Just a squeak noise will heighten his senses and boost him into action! He was born 1/31/24 and is ready for his new home. He is a large dog currently weighing 44lbs. He is also highly motivated to train if treats are introduced. His favorite treat is doggy jerky, and you could teach him just about anything with these treats in hand. Malachi already knows sit! When motivated with treats he immediately becomes calm and relaxed. Come meet Malachi today and see how sweet, fun, and smart he is!Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Story
Kris is a beautiful Heeler mixed-breed dog who was brought to our shelter after being found as a stray. His estimated date of birth is 6/1/2023 and on 2/14/2025 he weighed 45 pounds. Since he was found as a stray, we do not know much about his background, and do not know how he does with children or other pets. We would recommend bringing any dogs and family members to meet him before taking him home. Kris is a bit shy and will require a little patience (and treats) to get him to warm up. Throwing a ball can help get him out of his shell and show you his playful side! Once he does warm up, Kris is playful, likes a tummy rub and wants to be close to his human for pets and cuddles. Come meet Kris today and give him the loving home he needs and deserves. Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm.
