She is not fond of other female dogs, but with slow introductions has done fine with large males. She must have a fenced yard, so that she can be safe and follow smells without getting into trouble. Alta has adorable big ears and she is so happy her tail wags in a big circle! Best in a home with a large passive male dog, no cats of small animals Adoption Fee $175.00 For more information email: ozarksummer@yahoo.comAugust 4, 2024, 9:38 am

Story
Daisy is appx 2 yrs old, about 55 lbs, she is spayed. Daisy is a very sweet and loving girl. She can be a bit shy at first but once she knows you she is a snuggler. A fence yard is a must so that she can be outside and explore in safety. Daisy has not been around cats, or children, so a home with no cats would be best, possibly she might be ok with older children who are considerate of animals. Daisy will need slow introductions to other dogs, so that she can get to know them.  For more information or to fill out an application email:  ozarksummer@yahoo.com Adoption fee $150.00August 4, 2024, 9:38 am

Story
Buster Douglas or BD to his friends, is about a year old, and 52 lbs of energy. He loves going for walks and exploring. He does pull some on leash when he gets a scent to follow, but he listens well and is learning more everyday. BD loves to play fetch and pretty good about bringing the ball back and dropping it so you can throw it again. He has a lot of energy and must have a secure fenced yard, so he can run and play and be safe while doing so. Buster tends to follow his nose and he likes to chase so must be in a fence or on leash if outside a fence.  BD is accustomed to using a doggy door and has done very well with that.  BD is a fun loving boy, who will make a great companion for someone who is active and will let him be part of activities and fun times. Someone who has a firm but patient hand in helping him with instructions so he can be the best boy he can be!  He loves to go for car rides, and is a great swimmer! He is not a candidate for a home with cats or small children. BD would prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can have all the loving and attention.  For more information or to fill out and application please email: ozarksummer@yahoo.com Adoption fee $150.00August 4, 2024, 9:38 am

Story
* Contact this dog's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 .*Adopter can receive a 1-hour free training session from Let's Get Pawsitive LLC .Darling Adina came from a life being tied 24/7 with nothing more than a barrel for protection and she was prego. She has a tendency to become protective of her person if not introduced immediately to individuals coming into the house so she feels all is safe so best for her to have an adult home or older children only along with a fenced yard because she can get spooked if having to rely on being walked on a leash to go potty. She is an absolute love bug, loves to play with other dogs and will do best with a doggie playmate, is good with cats, and just wants a warm comfy sofa to snuggle on while she enjoys the company of her family. Her estimated DOB is Jun 2019 and is 30 lb. Don't know her breed mix; her mama was a brown brindle boxer mix, goes on point when walking, and but mostly resembles and acts like a cattle dog when playing and herding the other dogs. Contact this animals foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102. The adoption donation of $150.00 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip with lifetime registration, deworming, negative heartworm test, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Story
Gentle, beautiful, blue-eyed Lainey is a purebreed mini-Australian shepherd with a great disposition, and she loves attention. Because of her breed, she likes to be busy and is very intelligent. Although I love her, I am older, and with 5 other dogs, I cannot devote all the time, energy, and attention that she needs or would get with someone who could walk her, play with her, and who would adore her. She really needs a best friend. I've been working with Lainey. Left to her own devices, she likes to jump the fence. In the past month, she has done this three times, and every time, she has come right back home to sit at the front gate to be let in. If someone can walk her a few times a day, play with her to burn off some energy, she would make the perfect dog. But she is not a dog that you can ignore, she wants to be loved and adored. Also, since I've been working with her, she hasn't barked but a few times. I am open to questions, please inquire.
