Story
Meet Birdie! This young, sweet Southern girl quickly became a favorite at the shelter in Texas due to her happy and snuggly demeanor. This little lady is around a year old and about 45 lbs . It's impossible to not feel joy in her presence! Birdie is settling in to her foster home in Buffalo beautifully with her canine and feline foster siblings. Birdie appears to have some sort of congenital vision impairment, but it doesn't slow her down or affect her spirit in any way! This girl is truly the definition of an "Underdog" .  She's wonderful in her crate for long periods of time, and is working hard on her potty training! She loves playing (especially fetch and tug!) but settles down nicely for some serious snuggs. Truly a "best of both worlds" type of pup that would fit into most households well! Hi everyone I'm Cupcake!  I came all the way here from Texas to find my forever home. I am a 4 month old female heeler. I am spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and microchipped. I am in a foster home with dogs and cats and my foster mom even takes me to work with her! I am adjusting well to life outside of the shelter and I am patiently waiting for my forever home.    Applications for adoption can be completed on our website: allieandpalsrescue.org/adopt ##2107839##

Story
Dixie was a rescue puppy from Texas. She is very smart and sweet. She already knows commands. She is crate-trained and potty-trained. Dixie is a Blue Healer (Australian Cattle Dog) who loves to run and enjoys outdoor space. Our family is very busy and we are not finding enough time to spend with Dixie. Because she is a rescue she is a little anxious and would benefit from an owner who can take the time to help her adjust to her surroundings.
