Story
Evelyn would be a great fit for a family or an active owner who will keep her busy! She was originally found as a stray as a little baby and has pretty much grown up here. She did a trial adoption for a couple of months but was returned due to personal reasons of the adopter not related to Evelyn. Evelyn loves other dogs and we think she would do well with kids! She is 9-10 months old and we were told she’s housebroken! Evelyn is available to foster or adopt!

MEDICAL: up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella and Lymes; Full blood panel looks great; on heartworm and flea/tick prevention PERSONALITY: Are you ready for a spunky, loveable lifetime companion? If so, check out Emma and look no further! Emma is a young Cattle Dog mix (about 1 ½ - 2 years) and weighs about 22 pounds. She gets along with other dogs and loves people—a lot!. True to her breed, Emma loves to play and explore and would do well with someone who will spend lots of time with her and keep her well exercised. Emma came to us in the end of January as a stray from Cleveland. She was very pregnant and gave birth two weeks later to five beautiful puppies! Emma was a GREAT mom, but now it’s time for her to finally get to be the center of someone’s attention as she LOVES people and would gladly cuddle with you on the couch as much as should would go for a nice long walk! Emma is spayed, housebroken and crate trained. If you are interested please contact info.gratefulpaws@gmail.com or fill out an application at https://www.gratefulpawsrescue.com/adopt.html

Story
Before deciding to adopt, please make sure you are ready for a 12-15 year commitment. Too many people jump into adopting with good intentions because they see a cute photo. Suddenly they get home with the puppy and realize they are in over their heads and the only one that suffers is the dog. If you're ready to potty train, if you're ready to lose sleep, if you don't mind things getting chewed up around the house and if you work full time and have someone willing to come over during the day to let them out, then take the next step today! (8-10 hours alone for a puppy is not fair at this age and makes it much harder to potty train) This puppy has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated and dewormed which is included in the adoption fee.
