*TO BE A CONSIDERED APPLICANT FOR COWBOY, BREED EXPERIENCE WITH CATTLE DOGS OR LIKE BREEDS (BORDER COLLIES, GERMAN SHEPHERDS ETC) IS REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS* Meet Cowboy!  Cowboy can't wait to be your little buddy! This guy has all the amazing qualities of a cattle dog (bravery, confidence, rough and tough) but has the sweetest nature with all his friends and his foster mom. He prefers the company of his dog friends than any humans, but is friendly to everyone he has met. He won't be overly excited to meet you at first but soon enough he will be doing front flips on the couch to get near you! He is perfect in his kennel, potty trained, and is the cutest little nugget! Don't let his small stature fool you, this guy is tough!  Cowboy's home will require at least one other younger dog.    He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Cowboy is currently being fostered in South Carolina. ADOPT COWBOY!! www.LuckyPupRescueSC.com The adoption fee is $300.00 and we require a vet check and home visit. January 3, 2025, 10:01 am

Story
This is Emery. He is a mix breed dog that I adopted from Greenville County Animal care almost 9 years ago. They put him around the 1 at the time, meaning he is currently about 10 years old. I am looking to rehome him because he does not get along with cats AT ALL and recently attacked one of my fiancés cats. Trying to keep them separate at all times has been difficult and unfair to Emery since he spends a lot of time either outside or in a crate. He is great with kids but would do best in a home with no other animals as he has previously lived with dogs but occasionally would have food aggression. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Story
Casey was born on a farm in Indiana. We adopted her as a very small puppy in October 2017. She developed hypothyroidism and anxiety over the years. Her eye sight isn’t great. She’s very smart, loves playing fetch, very obedient, house broken, sheds very little but “blows” her coat once a year. Loves to snuggle and lay at your feet. Couch potato inside but loves playing outside! Knows words like “where’s your ball”, knows sit, shake, roll, stay, etc. But she has anxiety (now on Prozac) and is a bit jumpy at unknown sounds like knock at the door (getting batter now on meds). She has great recall and doesn’t run off. Recently, she attacked our other dog at a boarder (been to the same place 100x before, but new owners), they said it was about food. We honestly didn’t believe them and thought it was another dog and they were avoiding legal action. But then she did it again at home in front of us. We’ve kept the dogs apart. But today she went after our 9 month old baby who was crawling.
