Story
Say hi to Sloane! Sloane is a sweet girl who is shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she wants to be your best friend. She is a year old, and will gladly lay on her back to show you that she wants some tummy rubs. Sloane does best with a simple routine and enjoys playing with toys in her free time. From my foster:Sloane would love to be someone`s shadow! She is very smart and picks up tricks quickly. She doesn`t like to be alone, so she would love to be in a family with other dogs and/or lots of humans to hang out with.

Story
Finn is a sweet boy who needs a good home! Well trained, well behaved, but just cannot get along with our cats. Has a lot of energy and is sweet and eager to please, just very anxious around other animals. Weighs about 60-65 lbs. we want him to go to a loving family who will play with him and take him on walks.

Story
Hutch is a neutered male Australian Cattle Dog mix, 1.5 years old, up to date on all vaccinations. Hutch is an incredibly sweet, affectionate dog. He loves ALL people, including small children. He follows my 2 year old around the house all day and takes naps with her on the couch. He is a fast learner and eager to please. He knows the commands: sit, sit pretty, lie down, wait, stay, roll over, touch, leave it, drop it, bring it over, look at me, place, and go to bed. He has a high energy level and needs plenty of exercise, but once play time is over, he just wants to snuggle on the couch and get belly rubs. He is food motivated, and I often let my kids feed him, so he has never had any issues with guarding food or food aggression. If you work regular hours out of the house, he does great on his own. We have left him at home for up to 8 hours and he seems to spend most of that time snuggled up on the couch or in front of the heater. If he gets too bored though, he will sometimes find things to chew on, so it's always good to keep shoes and children's toys put away when he's not being supervised. At nighttime he needs to have a warm, soft place to sleep, he is NOT an outdoor dog. In the past he has been to dog parks and has gotten along just fine with other dogs, but because of irresponsible owners, we have not been to a dog park in several months. He is still working on his manners and can still have periods of "typical" heeler acting out when under stimulated or under exercised. he will jump, dig, bark, and play in a mouthy way. Hutch needs consistent training and regular exercise to curb his periods of bad manners. hutch is an amazing dog, that just needs a family that can meet his heeler drive needs and allow him to love him unconditionally.
