Story
Bebe was dumped here by another rescue cause they couldn’t handle him. He bites boys – men…. Reports were his owner kept kicking him & Bebe got kicked one too many times. Retaliation was called for and ever since then that boy holds a grudge! Don’t pay any attention to the photo with Myron…I was out there & Bebe will mind. But at a later date when a back was turned I think the little sucker did get the back of the pant leg. And he has continued his crusade of biting dudes….ever leary of that kicking guy he is smart enough to go around back and nip from the rear. Beeb’s has been here about 4 years now…ever since he was a youngster. He doesn’t bite me and I like that just fine so we have a great relationship. But anybody that’s a dude…well, it’s at your own risk. I don’t really think he will ever get a home….I would never take a chance on having him euthanized. People just don’t pay attention to what you tell them. But then in case that one in a million person is out there….wouldn’t want him to miss a chance of a lifetime! He’s fine here for life….but just in case you want some spice in your life….he’s your boy. Absolutely no kids ever….He has never bit a kid but we don’t want that to start either. And he is dog friendly!

Blake is one of the Lucky Pups of the 55 that were scheduled for euthanasia in one day....BMAR took them all! That was in April of 2024 -yep, that means this little guy has been here almost a year...and that's sad. He's a kind of small guy with a big outlook on life. People and dog friendly...he can be a bit bossy with both. His zest for life & friends is indomitable and he lives with gusto! He's ok on a leash when it suits him. Blake rides in a car good (unless it's going to the vet and somehow he always knows the difference) and loves the adventure. He is crate trained...and smart enough to easily be trained to just about anything. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines. This fun loving guy is a little bit under 2 years old....gotta lotta love to give!

Hi there, I’m Duke! I’m a one-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, Terrier, and Jack Russell mix, and I’m told I’m the perfect combination of spunky and sweet! At about 50 pounds, I’m full-grown and ready to be your loyal companion. I’m in great health, fully up-to-date on all my vaccines, and already neutered. You might notice that I walk a little funny on one of my front paws—it could be from an old injury, but don’t worry! It doesn’t slow me down one bit. I’m always ready for an adventure, whether it’s a car ride, a game of fetch, or a long walk. I’m a well-mannered guy who gets along great with other dogs and people of all ages. I haven’t met any cats yet, but I’m open to new experiences if you’re willing to introduce me. If you think we’d be a great match, I’d love to meet you!
