Meet Ace!!! He is a Australian Cattle Dog mix that loves to play, so he will need a yard to run in. Ace is not good with other dogs, and NO cats. Look at those beautiful ears!!! He can NOT have blankets or soft toys to play with because he will eat them, and we all know that can be bad news. Ace has been neutered and is current on vaccinations. Bday 12/01/20.

Story
Hello everybody, my name is Bailey. I am a special boy and I can be picky about the dogs I get along with. I do not like cats! I am good with kids over 12 years only because I get nervous around them. I get sad when I am left alone, so I would like a family that are homebodies! I am partially deaf so I need someone with patience. Come meet me at the rescue!

Story
Hi there! I’m Matt, an adorable pup on a foster-to-adopt journey! 🐕💖 You can bring me home and start our adventure, but I need you to help with a few important things: potty training, teaching me good manners, and taking me to my neuter vet appointment until I’m ready to officially become your forever friend. 🐾💉 With your support, I’ll grow into a well-behaved and loving companion. Let’s make some wonderful memories together and get ready for a lifetime of joy and snuggles!(Please come into the shelter to meet this pup and fill out a foster application. With fostering to adopt, you will need to take the puppy to their spay/neuter appointment scheduled by Bridge Home. Once they're medically cleared, you can officially adopt them!)

Meet Izzy! She is a beautiful girl with soft, medium length, fuzzy, fur. Izzy is a quick learner and will thrive in a home dedicated to helping her continue her training with positive reinforcement and plenty of exercise. She would love a doggie sibling or weekly daycare/play dates to keep her from getting bored. Most of all she just wants to be with her family. She is house trained and crate trained. Izzy loves car rides, neighborhood walks, and relaxing with her people on the couch. Izzy does well with other dogs, when introduced properly. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. If you would like to meet this sweet girl and make her part of your family, please complete an application at https://forrescue.net/dog-application/ . Izzy is located in North Alabama with transport available to your area. Friends of Rescue requires a virtual home visit and vet reference prior to all adoptions. All Friends of Rescue animals are indoor family members.

Story
Prince was born from his pitbull mom on our property, he is about a year old, not neutered, and just a big baby full of energy! I think the perfect new home for him would be somewhere where he could just run and play and get all his energy out and then come in and cuddle up with you at night! He has been hiking and camping and has been in the car often and loves it all! He is a very good dog he's just so strong he gets his mind set on something I can't hold him back, and that's the main reason he needs to be rehomed. He has been around our other cats and dogs and doesn't seem to bother them, but he has not been left alone or just with them for a long time. I have however noticed that he will get territorial with other dogs in somewhere he feels is his space. He does have an issue with jumping, but is doing a lot better than he was he just needs to continue to be worked with. He thrives off having something to do, he's very good at learning new tricks for some good treats and lovin'!
