She is very intelligent and has been taking to her basic training while in our care. She loves to cuddle and will follow you like a shadow. She is easy to bathe and brush her teeth. She's scared of getting her nails cut but is still easy to do since she is only 28 pounds. She is a wonderful companion animal.

She was adopted but returned 9 months later because the older dogs in her new home couldn't keep up with her energy. The adopters felt she'd be better suited to a family with younger animals. Jolene is a bit prey-driven and would do best in a home without small animals. She is smart and knows basic commands but could benefit from additional training as she is quite strong. She is house-trained, potty-trained, and crate-trained. Jolene is a sweetheart who adores people. While she may be a little nervous initially, she warms up very quickly.
