Meet…Bennett Bennett was pulled by us from Newton County Animal Control. Bennett was a little skinny when we got him, so we put some groceries on him and he is now ready to find his fur-ever home! Bennett looks like he is a mix of an Australian Kelpie and Doberman Pincher. He is about 1-1/2 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Being so young he has a lot of energy. We hope to introduce him to another Saved By Grace dog soon to see how he get along with dogs. We are unsure how he is with cats. Bennett's a happy, fun loving dog! Ridge appears to be around 2 years old, and weighs 29lbs. We suspect he is an Australian Kelpie.mix, as he shows nautral instincts of herding. In foster care we learned he is house trained, and very smart. Best suited with older kids due to his energy. He enjoys interacting with all humans but NO CATS for him, because he will chase and scare them! He was fine with a female dog, but hasn't been formally tested with males. Tookie is a 5 year old male Australian Shepherd mix. His mix of light and brown markings, along with his friendly smile make him a very handsome boy. He's approximately 50lbs, Tookie has been neutered and is now heartworm negative. Tookie loves affection. He's playful but calms down quickly if there's a good ear scratching to be had. Tookie enjoys lounging on his bed in the sun, a little rough housing with his best friend Diamond, and treats. Lots of treats! He's well behaved, knows sit, comes when called and is crate trained. He does fine with older kids and does well walking on a leash. Note: Tookie and Diamond are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They share a special bond and provide each other with comfort and companionship. We hope to find a loving home that can welcome both of them and keep their friendship intact.
