FANCY requires another resident dog in her adoptive home to show her the ropes and to be a playmate, but she also LOVES the 2 cats in her foster home too. Chasing, wrestling, keep away and doing zoomies with her big sister and the cats are a favorite pastime. She will do great with kids. All around perfect angel! Reece is very good with me, a male, but can get aggressive with my wife and other females. We got him from the pound and think that maybe he was abused by a female at some point. He is generally calm around children unless they get loud and horse around and then he will growl. He loves to run around but also just lay around and relax. He loves his treats and will eat almost anything. He is crate trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He would do great in a home with just a male, or maybe with training, a family.

Meet Goose Maverick! Goose Maverick is a friendly Australian Shepherd with a beautiful tri-color merle coat. He is almost two-years-old and weighs 51 pounds. Goose Maverick is also polite and calm, has great house manners, and is completely housebroken – no accidents. Maverick is medium energy, but as a young Aussie, he has spurts of energy to burn and would do great with a fenced yard where he can chase balls and run around. Goose Maverick currently lives with his foster family inside the city where he walks well on a leash and/or harness and rides well in the car. Maverick is a non-chewer, non-destructive, and while he doesn't need to be crated, he is okay with it if needed. He has lived with other dogs and is excited to meet them when he goes for walks. Maverick is great with touching and is a cuddle bug. He loves to come to you for pets and belly rubs. He knows basic commands like come and sit and is working on others. Maverick is not typically vocal, but, as a shepherd, he will alertly bark if a stranger comes onto his territory. To sum it up, Goose Maverick is a great dog looking for a great family.
