Story
Koda / 13 weeks / Male / Australian Shepherd X / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: Yes Koda is a 13-week-old Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and energy. He’s a playful, curious little guy who loves to explore, go on adventures, and play with his toys—chewing is his favorite pastime! After a good romp in the yard or a stimulating training session, Koda is happy to take a cozy nap, and he’s especially fond of morning cuddles after a night in the crate. Koda is a love bug extraordinaire—he’s affectionate, enjoys giving kisses, and is always close by, wanting to be near you. He can be a bit shy and timid at first, but once he feels comfortable, he opens up and shows his sweet, cuddly nature. This active, intelligent puppy has tons of potential, and with the right training, he could be an excellent agility dog. He’s already showing signs of being a quick learner, so an experienced owner with an active lifestyle would be ideal for him. Koda will need both mental and physical stimulation to thrive, so a home that understands the needs of high-energy breeds like Aussies would be a perfect fit. He’s doing great with crate training and can sleep through the night without issue. If you’re looking for a loving, energetic companion with loads of potential, Koda could be your perfect match! Koda is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. He is being fostered in Welland. Apply to adopt! https://forms.gle/KhtanQBGu4RsEXRJ9

Story
Willis / Male / 13 Weeks / Australian Shepherd X / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Dog Savvy Cats / Kids: Yes Willis is a 13-week-old Australian Shepherd mix puppy who is full of energy, intelligence, and love. He is highly playful, confident, and eager to please, always ready to chase a ball, run with other dogs, or cuddle up for snuggles. Willis is very food motivated, making him easy to train, though he does need a committed owner to continue his training, especially with crate training. While he can entertain himself with toys when others aren’t around, he thrives in the company of other dogs. He’s vocal and affectionate, and as a herding breed, he may try to chase cats, though a dog-savvy cat may be okay. Aussies like Willis are high-energy and require plenty of both physical and mental exercise to stay happy and healthy. If you’re looking for an active, smart, and loving companion, Willis could be the perfect addition to your family. Willis is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. He is fostered in Pickering. Apply to adopt! https://forms.gle/KhtanQBGu4RsEXRJ9

Story
Alice / Female / 12 Weeks / Australian Shepherd X / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: Yes Meet Alice, a 12 week old Aussie mix puppy with a heart full of love and a playful spirit! Alice is the ultimate cuddle bug—super sweet, affectionate, and always looking for a snuggle or a companion to follow around the house. She’s a little ball of fluff who loves her toys, especially squeaky and chew toys, and she’s known for her adorable habit of staring at herself in the mirror. Alice is also a fan of playtime outside, particularly pouncing around in the snow, and she enjoys playing fetch. Though calm and quiet for now, Alice is an Aussie mix, so her energy level may rise as she matures, and she’ll likely need an active home with plenty of playtime and stimulation. She’s already well on her way to being a great companion, getting along with everyone she meets—including other dogs and children—and doing well with potty and crate training(though she still cries when she’s missing you being close!). Alice is a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, she becomes the most loving, loyal friend you could ask for. Alice would thrive in a home with a large, fenced yard where she can explore and play to her heart’s content. She’s looking for a family with a lot of love to give and a little patience as she continues to grow into the amazing dog she’s destined to be. If you’re ready to welcome a sweet, calm, and affectionate puppy into your life, Alice just might be the perfect match for you! Alice is current on age appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. She is being fostered in Trenton. Apply to adopt! https://forms.gle/SHZcPAG3iuCJExv17

Story
My name is Sarah Jessica Barker. I'm a 1 year old Australian Sheppard mix with the prettiest eyes. I'm a little bit of a nervous girl who takes her time when warming up to people, but once I'm there, boy am I love bug! Whoever ends up loving and adopting me should know that it will take a few meet and greets before I can go home. I'm not sure where my anxiety stems from, but when I get nervous, I like to hide in my crate, so it's important for me to have a safe space in my future home that I can retreat to. I like it when people take things really slow with me, go at my speed, and allow me to decide if I want to be touched or not.I have so many sweet quirks - for example, my favourite staff member taught me a gesture that means it's time for pets! This gesture helps me decide if I want to be touched or if I'm not ready for it yet. I like being offered plenty of choices, which is important especially since I'm so anxious. It's essential for me to go to a home with a dog-friendly dog to best help me transition into my new home. I love love love having a furry friend, you can see my silly and confident side come out the moment I hang out with a fellow canine!I would do best in a home without children because little people scare me when they move too fast. I have some boundaries, especially with touch, and kids might not understand that when they're younger. I'm sure I'd get along with anyone who is a teenager and older as long as they understand my needs. It's important for my future adopters to be willing to be patient with me and who are willing to help me through my anxiety. I know you're out there and I can't wait to meet you! Primary Color: Brindle Secondary Color: Brindle Weight: 29.9 Age: 1yrs 3mths 3wks
